Decent hotel that plays by its own rules a lot. We were here to attend a wedding in Dhule and wanted a place with hot water and clean toilets, a decent room to sleep - this one fit the bill perfectly. If the room had a window, it would have been even better. Parking is an issue as it's in a busy market.

This place is well cleaned and economical for stay in dhule and that's in heart of dhule city. Separate Parking space is not available and vehicle owner needs to park their vehicle on their own risk and outside on road. They don't serv any food here and no room service. Even no tea they serv for the travellers but yes you can place order for breakfast from outside. Surprisingly No non-veg food allowed (from outside) in room, but you can order your food from online partners like zomato or swiggy is also allowed but hotel management doen provide any cutlery like dish, bowl or spoon to eat ghat outside food. Non veg food not allowed is quite surprised me as owners don't promote non veg culture and special mention of non veg and consumption of liquor not allowed is there at reception it self. Don't offer any complimentary water bottle, or tea or breakfast. Linen is also not promising and look like used ones . They also charge extra if your are making payments using cards, which is not acceptable at this digital era. Now in dhule we have limited good options to stay and location of this hotel, price, little about cleanliness are plus points otherwise doesn't make sense.

Good service and rooms at price of 1500/day. The owner personally sits in hotel to manage it. Staff is also nice and make arrangements of whatever is required. Rooms bathroom and clean. Just missing is some storage space, rooms should have some storage space or locker.

The place is clean and has good generator backup. Premises are clean and management and support staff are quick to respond. Netaji ground is 3km from this place (50-60 max by auto) . Bus stand is within 2km from the place . No food as no pantry available. Only tea and coffee. Jain bhavan tiffin service (100) and Chetna Hotel(160) both offering their variation of unlimited thali are extremely close. Sindhi dal pakwan is another vegetarian delicacy that can be found some 1km away from TM regency where the travels busses halt. If you are student coming here to give exam I would suggest having jain food as it lacks onion and garlic and therefore will not cause any gastric problems during the last night wherein you hardly get to sleep and your mind focuses more on recollecting things.

Being just good is not good enough, just one staff made my day for this one star. Dont be rude to your customers. And yea Non veg is not allowed inside hotel(maybe someone need this info)

They have nice rooms available on reasonable prices, but no food available here, either you can eat outside or order online

Rooms are very small service is good and location is best & centre of the city.

They don't have jet in washroom. Don't share WiFi password. Offline booking is better then online booking
