Hotel Manas

The shower in the room was not working properly. The reception knew about it but did not tell. They do not need it. I think this hotel is not suitable for family stay. But the rooms are nice.

One of the worst hotel services I have experienced! The manager SHEIK doesn't know how to speak to customers! Don't choose this even if it's the last option!

Very nice location. Right on the Delhi - Mumbai highway at Dhule. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Very well behaved. The quality of food is outstanding. Highly recommended for staying over. Pet friendly as well. We stay here during our drive to Shirdi.

Service: Excellent Hygiene: good Prices: moderate Food: good Overall: The place is outside of the city so pretty quiet there. The staff was really nice and friendly. We also met a furry Li'l friend there who was super friendly. The room service was quite quick. I personally liked their french fries. Overall according to the prices it was pretty nice deal.

This hotel has only positive point that it is located in MIDC area and on the highway so easily traceable. However, there are no basic facilities like water bottle in the room..! Extra charges if you want water bottle for your room..! No wifi...! (Atleast they refused to provide wifi for room on 1st floor stating that there is range issue) very poor response from staff. Rooms are dirty.. no sweeping done.. Bathroom is very dirty and water leakage is seen from the taps. Hairs clogged on the drainage. Cigarette buds seen in the window. Overall disgusting experience. Hotel management surely needs to improve on lot of BASIC things.. Then probably think about going an extra mile if possible.. Not recommended..!

The Manager Mr Ajay Singh honoured our request to allow our pets a labrador and a Lahsa Apso to stay along with us after assuring him that we are responsible pet parents.|The Manas Staff too was very helpful and accommodating towards our pets.|The chef even cooked special meals for them .|The property is on highway and is big with a nice lawn and outside eating arrangement also. Good Parking area too.|The rooms are comfortable and airconditioner well mantained.|We enjoyed their tasty meals too.|Thank you once again Mr Ajay Singh and team . Our pets are like our children and really appreciate your kind gesture to accommodate them too along with us. Really appreciate ji.

Hotel is Good Service.. food quality is very nice & all staff is very good.. Visit for Hotel New Manas !
