Hotel Sargam Regency

1. Infrastructure is good but service is very poor. Seems no coordination among the staff impacting service. 2. Room housekeeping is not good. 3. Food quality is not good compared with cost. 4. All staff is just seating with Mobile surffing less attention on work.

Service is not good. Need to wait for hr. Worst thing is I have order chiken arak red gravy with spicy they give me sweet greavy

We booked it for our school get together of 35 students. They provide us a Hall, Music system, Stage and food. The quality of serving service, ambiance and staff is top class. Food is delicious and fresh. Overall we enjoyed each and every moment because of Hotel Sargam and Team.

Went to roof top Sargam restaurant for dinner ...as it was winter season place was cold....ambience was very good...food quality was also very nice..paneer starter was very delicious...overall experience was fantastic ..would like to visit again..they have party halls for birthday party..very accessible place.i will recommend to friends and family to visit this place which has both veg and non veg options with drinks...

The staff was unprofessional. Somehow they were little kind. We just asked for dustbin in washroom thrice but it was ignored by them even we took parcel but the staff didn't packed it really well actually it was not sealed. Food was okay. And safety for kids on table was not there. Dinning table had some sharp points and iron rods under the table which may hurt the kids.
