Hotel Chandradeep Regency

AC do not work properly. Impolite staff except Mr Rahul is good. Good hotel but needs upkeep n room cleanliness. Owners relative very cooperative but needs to train staff n improve upkeep of rooms, corridors etc. Food is good.

The hotel provided a decent stay. However, one peculiar aspect was the absence of a Google-listed phone number. The staff explained that this was intentional to deter unwanted inquiries, as the hotel primarily caters to corporate bookings. Additionally, the lack of a confirmation call prior to the stay was surprising. During the complimentary breakfast, the request for an omelette was met with a charge, despite the availability of eggs. While the hotel is suitable for overnight stays during transit, these minor inconveniences could be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

Very Bad Experience.. I am a frequent traveler, but this is the second time I had a very bad experience in this hotel while I was sleeping at night some people were banging the doors very loudly I called the reception at night even after calling four or five times no one answered the call. In the morning when asked to the hotel staff about this issue then the front desk guy answered very rudely. In the dinner I found hair came out in Bhakari, then also staff gave a very evasive answer. Very very pathetic service and staff behaviour. Hotel staff not at all care about the guest. They committed that they have separate rooms for drivers. They asked the driver to sleep in the outside store room where the room full of garbage sheets which was completely unsafe. This is not a business class Hotel at all. Disappointed.....

Good place to stay with family, helpful staff and good food too. Recommended

The place is well managed and in a peaceful area, staff is really courteous and professional, specially Prashant Patil. Restaurant food is tasty and homely. Would love to stay again.

BAD EXPERIENCE... We went for dinner early so that we will be served early. There was only one person to note down the order for the whole section of around 15-20 tables. We had already decided to eat as much starters as possible rather than sabji roti. We ordered 2 starters and 2 soup in first order which took almost 45 min to serve and other one was served half hour later. Then we had to cancel next order as it took more than half hour. So total we spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant and paid for 6 items one of which was a water bottle. Total hopeless service. When we decided to cancel the last order the staff didnt even bother to apologise or insist us to wait. I would have given 5 stars for food but the service experience overshadowed it. Worst experience for a 3 star hotel.

They've made it just like one of the hotels from New York.. Ample of parking space, good services, highway touch and quick connectivity to Dhule city Food quality needs improvement..

Food is unhygienic and smells funny. Room service - third class, not even proper water service Zero accountability even on complaints to owners
