Amazing location.. located in nature's womb. I stayed here for 2 days. It was very satisfying stay in terms of service and room quality. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and eager to help. They made me feel like a valued guest, which truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

I would say visit this place after 1-2 years. The hotel is still not ready; it's only 50% complete. The road to the hotel is muddy and broken. The rooms are dark and poorly maintained. Food quality is bad to worse. The staff is untrained. At the current state, the hotel is highly overpriced. The location of this hotel is good as it's close to the safari gates. The hotel has an interesting prospect as they seem to be coming up with a theme park and construction is going on. They should complete all work and then open it up for guests. Plus they should also look to maintain the rooms, else they'll lose what they have.

Yesterday was having halt @ said location alongwith family members. This place is merely 3km away from Sunna Gate of Tipeshwar Sanctuary. Rooms are very precious. Good cleanliness.All other room accessories were in good condition. Lot of open space is available in property which is need to be devoloped properly. Seems under maintenance.only few properties are available @ these rates close to Sunna Gate as compared to other resorts/hotels. I like it.

It's a decent place and I don't want to be harsh but for the amount of money they charged I expected more. The approach road is an uneven dirt road. They have a few cottages that remain open for 7-8 months a year with limited service options. If the charges are within 3-4 thousand per night, it is worth visiting. However, the point of visiting here is singular and that is to visit Tipeshwar. Make sure you have booked your safari visit online before you come.

Good value for money place to stay near Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary (Sunna Gate). Rooms were modern. Apart from the mixer in the bathroom, everything was working. The food prepared was very tasty though the options were limited. Have to order precisely. We wanted more chapatis later on and they weren't available. Room service for tea wasn't available. We booked online and got a decent deal. Would recommend this for anyone visiting Tipeshwar and don't want to spend huge amounts on stay since your most time will be spent on a safari. Good value for money

This resort is not completely constructed and the staff is totally untrained. There is no proper chef , whoever is available among the staff will prepare the food and food tastes soo bad for the price they charge . Also the washrooms needs to properly managed , showers and taps were not working properly. Not value for the money

It's a very good place and it's location is awesome best for staying and friendly staff and also I appreciate the rooms which was good

Worst service, very unprofessional behaviour. Rooms are also not in good condition. Food service is pathetic. Owner is also very irresponsible...
