Visava Waterpark & Beach Resort

Very bad experience. For pickup they made us wait for 20-25 minutes. Reception staff is very rude and they start arguing with you on small things. Common changing are was smelling very bad so we have to take a room for which we paid 1000 rupees. Room was in bad condition. Bedsheet and pillow covers were so dirty. Bathroom condition was ok. Most of the pool area is dirty with broken tiles. Many people fell due to built up dirt in water. We did not enjoy food. Both veg and non veg food was not tasty. 2-3 slides were closed. At the time of booking staff told us all slides are open and functioning. They use very high amount of chlorine in water. Everyone's face became red and burning due to Chlorine water. Body is itching and eyes are red. Definitely not recommended. Also not recommended for children.

The resort was good. Food was amazing. Rain dance is nice. DJ is spot on. But here's very big issue. One of the slide is not safe for basic adults, I don't remember the name of slide. But in this slide, at the end, we should be oscillating sideways in closed round slide. But instead of oscillating, due to force we were upside down and me and my sister both fell down on bottom of the slide. We both suffered injuries to shoulder, head and legs on left side of our body. The slide we reported and should be instantly shut down for adults. They did the first aid, but not ready to accept that it is faulty. Not only us, 2 more members from my family fell down the same way. Unsatisfied with slide awareness.

The resort is Not good.. the staff of this resort had more attitude. They don't know how to talk with ladies, we went yesterday at the resort we saw they got fight with a lady and the boys staff give her a slap in front of all people.. and when the people told them u did wrong .they told people tum apna kaam karo humko sikana ki jarurat nahi hay... The resort water was not clean it was smelling.... The resort toilets was so dirty not clean ... The staff was worst...talking rootly with everone....they was drunk....

1. Don't take pickup drop if you have group of 5+ people's you can you can simply take auto without pick up drop it will cost 550 to 600 ,with pickup drop it cost 700 2. Food was below average I'll rate 1.5/ 5 3. No limit on crowd they are try to make more money on the occasions you can see they take 4,5 times more peoples then there capacity 4. No safety, no one is available on slides to instruct neither at pool, I have seen people's are colliding with each other, it happens with me 3 times same day 5. Not good for family, people's are smoking and drinking everywhere, no restrictions on it 6. Staff behavior was not good 7. Washrooms are not cleaned. 8. They charge 200 for locker but, it was fool of dust and spidar webs, you need to clean it and use. 9. You can only find this place good except food and cleanliness when crowed was less than 100

I have recently went to the resort in holi time below are the points I didn't liked it: 1 Water is to dirty I Don't know do they clean it or not on a regular or standard timely service 2 Food is ok not that great 3 Ride are very good but the cleanliness is not that good while taking ride you will see some black or green drit or Don't know what is it 4 price is to high as per the service and experiences I have had. 5 washroom are to messi and smelling. 6 The water you will go in for swimming it not right for your skin for some people it can damage your skin.

It's an average water park. Ticket:- 800 with unlimited food. 4 pools ,only 6-8 slides, one wave pool and raindance. Food was ok but hygiene was not good. The lockers are old and the washrooms are unclean. They don't even have changing rooms. rain dance songs were too boring and the shower system was not good. The wave pool was ok. I also saw some dirt in the swimming pool. Slids perform well except one slide.

Very average place to stay. Rooms are okay, food is also jus okay. The water park is decent but there are better options available. If you stay at the property then there is nothing interesting to do in the evening. We got horribly bored

Very bad experience in this resort and there pool was also bad and unclean and there food is also bellow average and there is no one to guide you in rides and girls washroom me boys bhi aa ja Rahe te so don't go this resort plss
