Worst service at this time. No cleaning, very dirty smell at entrance. My suggestion is: close down the hotel.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the facilities and service during my recent stay at your lodge. 1. **Electricity Backup:** There was no electricity backup available, which caused significant inconvenience during frequent power outages. 2. **Bathroom Facilities:** There was no bucket provided in the bathroom, which is a basic necessity. 3. **Ambience:** The overall ambience of the lodge was not up to the mark and did not meet the expectations set by your advertisements. 4. **Blankets:** No blankets were provided in the room, which made for an uncomfortable stay, especially during the colder nights. 5. **Staff Response:** The staff was unresponsive and extremely slow in addressing our concerns. Despite multiple requests, there was no resolution to the issues mentioned above. These issues severely impacted the quality of my stay and were far below the standard one would expect from a lodge of your reputation. I urge you to address these concerns promptly to ensure better service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Rooms and bathroom were not clean, There is no lift and no power backup. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty, after informing so many times they didn't change it. They do not provide towels and soap. Service was not good. Not worth for staying... You can order food from Zomato or can go to nearby restaurants...

Rooms are ok (need repair, washroom are badly maintained) Price reasonable No inverter/DG backup (power went 2 times for long duration and had to sit without Fan/AC) No wifi No lift (difficult for elders) All TV are not functional. (Central cable line is cut) Location is little far and at night difficult to get stuff

Photos shared on site are very old, currently rooms are in very bad condition,dusty, no hot water. Toilets are worst. In-house food, tea service not available. You need to go out for same. Service support staff insufficient. Not recommended although it's at cheaper rates.

Worst experience ever, even after booking with go ibibo hotel owner (patil) used slang words for me over phone call which was on speaker, he warned me to leave hotel in next 20 minutes before he reaches. Property is also quite old and not maintained properly...

The location is good, but some rooms were clean some were not I had an issue with the bathroom it was not clean I had to request them three times to clean it. they don't serve food you have to order it online or visit nearby hotels, and restaurants, one thing I learned here is that not a single building has an elevator facility in osmanabad.

Being on the outskirts of the city, this place is cheaper than the other accomodations. Super large rooms and washrooms with most of the channels available on television. The hotel also doesn't have a restaurant, so you need to get good from outside. They have a tie-up with a dhaba, but its super expensive, not good quality food. Usee swiggy/zomato instead to order. The only problem is that the staff here are sloppy and sometimes irritating. They sometimes forget even smallest of things. They get drunk at night too. I asked them to get an auto for me at 10 at night to catch a bus at 10:30 Initially they agreed, but when i asked them about it, the manager was fully drunk and told me that he forgot and the auto is not available. So, if you are gonna stay here, be prepared for these things. The management needs to look into these things.
