Hotel roma palace osmanabad

At the room , the furniture was broken and dirty and the blanket was very bad and smelling and during checkout their was no one to pickup the luggage

Very very bad service.all staff behaviour is not good stay away from hotel

Over all room service is too much low they are not serving tea more than 2 in room... Also.if you want eat anything u should went to restaurant in ground floor Staff is also not so educated as per location i am submitting 4 other wise This 2-1 rating is just for satisfaction Thankyou

Rooms are clean and bedsheets are clean without smell. Owner of hotel takes all feedback in positive sense and corrective actions taken. Thats good, as a customer, i feel satisfied.

Best hotel for having breakfast. Its Puri bhaji is very famous, hygenic, clean,neat . They are being maintain very good. Staff are very attentive and polite. There is big statue of Chatrapati shivaji Maharaj at entrance, looks very beautiful. This is good hotel for family, there is separate section for family. No much waiting period for order to be served. Fresh and well maintained food quality. But not yet experienced it's lodging facility. This hotel is very old but they have constructed it newly throughly. It is very famous in city from old days.
