Review: Hotel Pushpak Park, Dharashiv (Osmanabad) Hotel Pushpak Park is one of the more reliable and well-situated accommodations in Dharashiv (Osmanabad), especially if you are looking for a convenient stay close to the city center or major landmarks like the Dharashiv Caves or nearby temples. I stayed here recently in one of their deluxe rooms and overall, I had a fairly positive experience with a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The biggest strength of this hotel is its location. It is centrally located and easy to access whether you are arriving by private vehicle or local transport. Despite being in a central part of the city, the surroundings are relatively peaceful, with not much traffic noise, making it a good place for both short and overnight stays. The deluxe room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was firm and supportive, and the furnishings were modern and functional. Lighting was adequate, and there was a television, small desk, and a wardrobe--all in good condition. Room service was responsive and polite, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The overall ambiance was simple yet welcoming, giving a pleasant experience for travelers who prefer comfort without extravagance. However, there is one area that needs significant improvement, and that is the bathroom arrangement. In the deluxe room I stayed in, the toilet pan was oddly positioned--directly in line with the bathroom door. This not only felt awkward but also created an inconvenience when closing the door, as it would sometimes hit or get blocked by the pan itself. This is something the hotel management should definitely address, either by repositioning the fittings or restructuring the layout slightly. For a room labeled 'deluxe,' such a design flaw feels like a letdown, especially when the rest of the room meets good standards. Aside from this issue, the bathroom was clean and functional. Hot water was available, and other toiletries like soap and towels were provided, albeit basic in quality. Housekeeping was timely and cooperative. The hotel staff deserves appreciation for their courteous and professional behavior. The reception team was helpful in providing local directions and even assisted in arranging transport for my visit to nearby caves. The in-house restaurant, while limited in menu, served decent meals and snacks, and breakfast was served on time. Parking space is available, and for those driving in, the hotel provides a safe and accessible parking area. The hotel is also suitable for business travelers or family groups who require a clean, calm, and budget-friendly option in the city. Final Verdict: Hotel Pushpak Park in Dharashiv is a very good mid-range hotel, especially notable for its location, room comfort, and staff behavior. The only major issue that needs attention is the bathroom layout in some rooms, which can affect the convenience of your stay. With some upgrades in this area, the hotel has the potential to be a top choice in its segment. Very poor food and hospitality service by staff The management is never worried about how the customers are being served because after long wait for order still no one looks into it and serves the food Only the availability is the concern for them the menu given is of no use because they cook dishes on their own choices of their masterchefs Rude behaviour from restaurant staff regarding food No proper hospitality Unclean washrooms foul smell coming from sinks Showers and flushes not working properly Many times observed that fungus has been accumulated in curtains in washrooms These people just taking advantage of the thing that no other accommodation facilities are available in this area This was my 7th time to stay here but same issues being reported every time. Would suggest to discuss all these things before opting the stay here

The place is not accessible from a proper approach road. The road sucks. Hotel claims to provide great service but lacks basic amenities. The bed was too soft. I know it may sound weird but it's painful to get in and out of the bed. Except for the fact that there were no other options we ended up staying here. Would not recommend this place.
