Clean and with all the basic amenities and no frills With trees and a lot of greenery, and the beach not too far away, this place is an ideal spot to relax. The food is " Home Cooked " with the peculiar rustic local flavour to the core and the fish was fresh and in good quantity. This is one of. the TWO resorts / Homestays the Polekar family runs in Shriwardhan This one is walking distance from the beach, the other one is a few steps away from the beach. Overall it is not too expensive and delivers value for money.

A perfect homestay to rest, relax and unwind. Rooms are neat and clean. Fair priced. Home cooked food with typical konkan flavour. Service is good and the owners are friendly, courteous and helpful.
Awesome place, very nice people and feels like family here. They prepare very nice food. It was memorable experience. Will definitely keep visiting here :)
