Palash The Jungle Resort

Had a wonderful time at Palash Resort! The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was really polite and helpful. The food was tasty, especially the local dishes. Loved the greenery and the overall vibe of the resort. Highly recommend it if you're looking to relax and unwind!

I had a fantastic experience at Palash Resort! The ambiance is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. His service was super fast, polite, and professional. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit and took care of every little detail with a smile. Truly impressed by his dedication!

Last night, I experienced the worst service ever. The waiter's behavior was unprofessional, especially when we requested customization for our order. There was a complete lack of empathy and hospitality. The management also failed to handle orders efficiently. We waited nearly 35 minutes for our food, despite it being during a time when orders were actively being processed. The service was extremely poor. When we asked the waiter to arrange a separate table for us near the garden, he refused, saying we needed to manage it ourselves with the existing setup. It seemed like they weren't willing to make any effort at all. Additionally, while taking the order, the waiter appeared confused and didn't listen properly, which resulted in a higher bill than we expected. To make matters worse, after dinner, when I went to wash my hands, the waiter recreated the order list in a new notebook.

I recently experience this resort, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The service was disappointing, and the staff behavior was the worst part of my stay. They were not welcoming or helpful, which really detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, if you're using amenities and capturing photos, be aware that there are extra charges, which is something I didn't expect. These hidden fees are not clearly communicated, and I felt they were unfair. Overall, I would not recommend this resort.

Unfortunately we don't have negative stars to post. It's a worst property to Waste your precious time for holiday. Property is not maintained in anyway. Swimming pool, Turf and all other activity things are not maintained. And service is the Worst I have even experienced. And above of all this things. Nor the manager and even there owner accept the fault. They are ready to argue with you if you complaint.

Place is really very nice where family and kids can enjoy. Jeetu sir and shiv sir gave us the service and everything was on time. Both were excellent.

We had dinner. It was really delightful to be here. The staff and food is heartwarming. And the property is beautiful. Will keep coming here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a wildlife resort. No sense of service at all. There was no soap in the wash room, no dust bins in the tents, with a very low network in the area they do not even provide a landline to reach out for required services and items. The staff is not capable at all and the food in taste and quality is really bad. The tariff for a tent is Rs 6000- on EP basis and the food has to be ordered A-la-carte . Never coming back. I would rather put up in a homestay than come here.
