Overall, we had a decent experience, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The rooms were average in terms of comfort and cleanliness. One thing that stood out to us was the need for some maintenance on the windows. The sliding windows locks were broken, and there weren't sufficient curtains. Additionally, the door latch was a bit poor, which raised some safety concerns for us. On a positive note, the owner of the resort was friendly and accommodating. The food served at the resort was also quite good, and best part was the resort location which was very convenient.

Owner's behavior was really bad.... Please think 100 times before visiting the place. Kind suggestion- Please try to behave good with your customers

Amazing place. You can go there with friends, family. We were a group of 18 family members and stayed for 1 night. They had managed everything very properly. Rooms are spacious and at very tariff reasonable for the number of people they can accommodate. Rooms are properly maintained and are clean. Food was great, both - veg and non-veg, fresh and tasty. Staff is also polite and they also see that you do not have any problem during the stay. The property is managed by Desai family, they are very kind with the guests and helpful. The photos posted are genuine, hence I am not posting the photos, but just one photo of the view right in front of the property.

This resort is not actually a resort. Its a beach facing hotel. Rooms were not so optimum but were so so neat and tidy before we checked in. Ground floor rooms are directly sea facing...whereas first floor rooms are equipped with a balcony but the view is obstructed by the tall coconut trees planted in hotel premises. The best thing about this hotel is their food. Food both veg and non veg was really tasty and even the breakfast items were deliciously home cooked. Overall the place was value for money w.r.t our tariff of 1800/- per room per night.

Awesome location near Devbaug beach closer to the peninsula area, where the Tarkarli backwaters meet the Arabian Sea.||The location is so charismatic that one may spend lazing around watching sea.||There are quite a few activities that can be done like - Water sports, Boat ride to nivati beach, dolphin watching, Sindhudurg fort visit. ||||Bit far from nearest town Malvan, in case anything required urgently from market. So need to plan out things in advance. However this is also the reason that the beach area is clean and scenic unlike beach in Malvan.||||Food-||In Breakfast we tried Poha and Bread-omlette. Poha was especially awesome. ||In meals we tried thalis - Pomfret/Surmai/Prawns and even veg. thali; and relished all.||We ordered chicken and veg starters(manchurian) in advance and they were equally good.||||Pros- ||1) Awesome Location - beach just 20mts. away and Tarkarli backwaters also close by in opposite direction. ||2) Food quality and taste was good and homemade.||3) Staff service is good. Rooms are clean.||||Cons- ||1) Road from Tarkarli to Devbaug is quite narrow.||2) Public transport might be an issue in Devbaug, better to have your own vehicle.||3) Limited meal options. However if planned in advance required arrangements can be made. ||4) Smaller rooms which are not beach facing can be slightly smelly.||5) Bit far from nearest town Malvan, in case anything required urgently from market. So need to plan out things in advance.
