Mauli Sea Beach Resort

This Resort is a complete sham. It is actually a Lodge disguised as Resort. There are no amenities for Children. It is also very unsafe for children as there is open well near the entrance without any proper barricades. There is no boundary wall so dogs keep roaming this property. This property is full of mosquitos as well. There is no concept of service. 1. I stayed here for 3 days and there was no hot water available. We had to take bath with cold water during the December winter time on all the 3 days and everytime we complained, we were assured of hot water next day. This was really frustrating. 2. Even after confirming the breakfast time of 8 am in the morning, it was never delivered before 9 am which delayed our sightseeing everyday. 3.Rooms were not cleaned and we had to ask for room cleaning. 4. This so called resort can't even manage 6 rooms at one time. The caretaker Mangesh tries his best to help but the owner seems to be less bothered about any concerns raised. Please book only if you want to ruin your vacation.

We went there as 5 families with small kids and were surprised at the sheer unpreparedness of this place.. A complete Joke and a scam... the place is just few rooms disguised as resort.. barebone facilities .. exorbitant prices Cons - No hot water for continuously 3 days and not fixed till we left. Open wires in the room No play area or amenity place any where Broken toilet seats Rooms infested with bugs and spider web Extremely slow service and total The area is infested with mosquitoes and the place is no readiness . Owner was not even available for addressing The only good thing was the caretaker Mangesh and Anil who tries everything to make it better but in general the resort is hopeless . Avoid at all costs..

Hopeless service with hopeless infrastructure. Issues: 1. No service for your luggage 2. No hot water 3. Mosquitos 4. Wooden rooms have fungus issues which is allergic 5. No room isolation, you can easily hear voice 6. No play area 7. There is well in the area which is dangerous for children 8. Owner is not responsible for any issues 9. Only one attender 10. You will feel disappointed once you reach property Only positive thing is beach is nearby but in Koliwada area. We have booked it for 4500/- however property is not worth for 2500/-

A caretaker made our stay..amazing Whatever we asked for he has given us... His name is mangesh..he is a amazing man... Owner was also co- operative with many small small things .. Overall amazing.
