We had an incredible dining experience at Avisa! The ambiance was welcoming and the service was top-notch. We ordered both the fish and the chicken, and both dishes were prepared to perfection. The fish was fresh and flavorful, beautifully seasoned, while the chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with taste. The presentation of both dishes was impressive, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, Orchid offers a wonderful mix of quality, flavor, and atmosphere. I've been here many times and not once has this place disappointed me. It's a perfect place to stay if you're looking for a getaway. It's beautifully located near the beach and gives a pretty view of it from the hotel room, the food here is delicious and well cooked.

The service was exceptional. Location is beautiful.. located right on the beach.. we could see sunrise and sunset from the room.. breakfast was great. Loved every bit of the stay. Highly recommend

we booked 3 rooms for our holiday. But we are disappointed by the service and attitude of Managers behaviour, they totally disagree with our complaints. They just want to earn money and we are the silly guys who have completed their demands. They charge so much high for their service. Food serving is so negligent. The customer crowd is not handled by staff properly. |We complained that we found cockroache in food they completely disagreed and they said it comes through the beach side area. ||Bad service. Bad experience

What a lie Avisa Nila, not expected this is a hospitality industry you must take suggestions in a constructive way but this attitude very sad, how you'll are hiding under the pretext that guest started misbehaving. Grapes are sour, now I understand works on you. Everything was clearly mentioned while booking that there were kids and we needed extra beds. Your waiters were informed that we needed extra bed to which they didn't barge. When we constantly kept calling nobody received the call, and when we checked at the reception the waiters were sleepy. What lie, forget about the bed mattress was given. We stayed there for two days, after the room service there was no shower gel, there was no toothbrush or anything kept again. The towels unwashed, brown dirty, the wardrobe doors were unable to shut. The fridge was leaking , and the miserable thing the amount of chlorine that is put in your pool, that the guests face terrible skin reactions. What all will you deny , please admit and brief your staff. Stop lying, take suggestions in a positive way. Don't forget the toilets, the commode can't imagine the flush wasn't working properly and it took ages for the dirt to settle. Kindly look at the overall property and get it deeply cleaned. The guests are suffering.

The hotel view is outstanding with good vibes. The room was also ok until 1. The toilet was stinking with bad odour. 2. Late evening I had an unexpected visitor in my room. Overall the stay was average, only advantage is the mesmerising view.

The resort is located just next to Tarlarli beach and offers picturesque view of the sea just outside the rooms. In terms of location, it is one of the best properties. However, the food is a big NO NO. The food is pathetic and the options are very limited. We had to eat dinner outside and could see other families eating out as well. The service is not that professional. When we asked for packed breakfast since we have to leave early it was denied saying that there is no such concept in the property. The reception staff themselves come at 9 am so be prepared to carry your own luggage in case you are leaving early. And definitely don't opt for any meal package as the food is the worst. If service and food had been any better, it would be a 4 star property for sure. But alas, it's not.

Manager is so arraogunt. He decline mistakes. Food servent not listen order properly. Room rent is so high as per compare quality. In Food plate having cockroach, and manager says bill is already generated and no any deduction in bill. Staff mistakes does not consider. No any appology of their behaviour. Bad experience. Don't stay here. Bad service.
