Hotel Prime Square

I booked this Super Deluxe room (Room 310) through MakeMyTrip on May/2025 for 2000-2500. The shower and taps were not working properly, and the AC wasn't working at all. No one answered calls to room service or reception. I also checked Rooms 2 and 4 -- they were even worse. MakeMyTrip should also ensure better quality checks for such listings. Very poor maintenance and services.

Avoid ordering food from here. I ordered and paid full amount for 4 people but nobody came in the train. Liar told me not to worry, even if train leaves I will get order as delivery boy is on my train delivering other orders. Then once train left , I called again and now he says nobody was on the seat. Full of unprofessional behaviour. Now have to travel without breakfast. Didn't expect such a pathetic service from a restaurant which is linked with IRCTC. BEWARE. Seems like a scam he did with multiple people.

Excellent rooms, so spacious, clean, with proper beds, couch, AC, tv and super ventilated with a nice view outside the window. Food is very good, humble staff. Tea is something which they need to work. Had a superb stay.

Hotel is not good and not matching with the price being charged. No proper maintainace and room services. Even food one has to take from outside. If there is no option, one can choose, else, just drop to think for this hotel. I was taken VIP suit, which was lesser than worst.

Very worst service sirrr...the disappoint is another level...I won't recomend anyone ur hotel next time during their train journey ...sorry to say but this is also a fraud u should respect ur customer and recieve their calls. But your resto is declining our calls and just playing with us ....it's a great request either treat ur customers well or kindly take some genuine action .. because of commitment given by u we didn't book anything for our journey and travelling hungry with kids ..the greatest didsapointnent expressed ...very bad service

A newly opened hotel offering neat and clean rooms. Hotel features 22 rooms and well-maintained banquet facilities. However, due to events and programs hosted in the banquet halls at night, sometimes it becomes too noisy, making it difficult to sleep

Very nice Hotel, room were clean, at affordable rates. <> (24 hours hot water and ac unit making little bite noise )

Hotel clean, good ambience inside...but outside work was going on so cant comment. Food was okay. The main issue was no staff for service. After calling 10times one person would come who dint even know what to do. Only one person Saurab mukerji who was serving in restaurant was very active humble and ready to serve always. Other than him no one everyone were pathetic.
