Pearline Beach Villas

My stay was simply unforgettable. Stepping into our rooms was like teleporting back to the glorious 1980s, complete with a distinct aroma I couldn't quite place - perhaps a blend of vintage dust and forgotten dreams? Charmingly dim as well as haunting ambiance, perfect for contemplating the structural integrity of the questionable furniture, flattened mattresses and outdated plumbing - it's like the previous guests left their mark...everywhere and they have preserved them like aging wine. The culinary experience in the restaurant was equally delightful. The staff greeted us with the warmth and enthusiasm of tax auditors, and their eagerness to fulfill our requests was truly... non-existent. Asking for their best dishes felt like attempting to extract state secrets. So, if you're looking for a truly authentic, retro experience with a side of questionable hygiene and dismissive culinary service, then the Pearline Beach resort is the place to be! For everyone else? Maybe consider camping at Dahanu beaches itself. It's probably more recommended. You're welcome :)

A good place opposite Dahanu beach. It's huge in size. They have lots of rooms. We chose to stay in the cottage. Basic amenities are there like AC, hot water. A big swimming pool was an added advantage (It is not very clean on weekdays- so a word of caution). Also complementary breakfast and a 400/- Rs food coupon included in the room charges. ( Redeemable in crazy crab). Rooms are average. It's not a premium option but can be a good choice for sure if you wanna avoid crowds in the weekend.

Pearline Resort - A shame and disappointment. Pearline Resort is the worst place I've stayed in a long time. My family and I have been visiting this resort since my childhood, over 20 years ago. We even knew the Parsi owner back then - a fine gentleman. I remember he had a glider plane as well and many pets (as a proof I have attached a picture of me and my brother from 2002). Back then, it was a decent resort. But we stopped going about 12 years ago because they had increased the prices, and the rooms were not worth the money. Recently, all the other resorts in Dahanu were booked, so we had no choice but to stay at Pearline again. We paid 3700 per room per night, and it was a complete waste of money. The rooms are exactly the same as they were when I was a kid--small, dirty, and poorly maintained. The beds are uncomfortable, the walls are stained, and the fans and tube lights are old and barely work. Everything about this place feels old and broken. What's even more shocking is that this resort hasn't been renovated or maintained in decades. See the proof: I have a photo of me and my brother swimming in their pool back in 2002-2003. The only difference is that this place has gotten worse with time. It's dirty, poorly managed, smelly and nowhere near worth the price they charge. Pearline Resort is nothing but a waste. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's really a shame that once such a nice hotel has today turned into a khandar! Don't waste your hard-earned money here. There are much better new resorts that have come up in recent years. Try them out. The new resorts are just around 3 to 5kms away from Pearline.

Disappointing stay. Room conditions were below expectations. Staff were uncooperative, especially after 11 pm when they refused to turn on passage lights despite our request. Unfortunately, the interaction turned argumentative. Even Staff dont respond calls for Water bottle after 11pm.

Extremely dirty pool and not worth the price for the stay because of the pool. Cleanliness standard has gone down completely from what we had visited last year. Restaurant is the only good thing. Feedback: Please keep the pool clean otherwise you will loose customers and won't get recommendations like earlier.
