Hotel Beach Classic

The Beach Classic Resort, Dahanu We didn't expect the kind of adventure we went through at this resort -- and not the good kind. We arrived at around 12:30 PM, only to find no one available to guide or attend to us. After a frustrating wait, our check-in was finally done around 1:00 PM. But that was just the beginning. The room was highly disappointing -- small, cramped, and not at all suitable for anyone with claustrophobia. The air conditioner wasn't working, the bathroom had no hot water, the ceiling fan was non-functional, and the room was messy. A staff member came in to "fix" the AC, but it was still not working even by 2:30 PM. Meanwhile, we were served food that didn't match our order. We asked for Chicken Spicy Thai Rice in red gravy and were first served a vegetarian dish. After pointing it out, they replaced it with a version that had chicken but came in green gravy instead -- still not what we ordered. Overall, the food quality was poor. By 3:45 PM, we were still waiting outside our room as they had called in a mechanic to finally fix the AC -- we had just completed a long journey and hadn't had a moment's rest. To add to the frustration, the TV wasn't recharged initially and even after being fixed, it randomly stopped working. In short, this experience was far from relaxing. The service was subpar, the amenities didn't work, and the overall management was poor. This is not what we expected or paid for.

Hotel Beach Classic in Dahanu offers a lovely ambiance, perfect for a relaxing meal by the beach. The atmosphere is inviting and well-suited for unwinding. While the service can be a bit slow, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is average but enjoyable, making it a decent choice for a laid-back dining experience. Worth a visit for the ambiance alone!

Service was fast, the waiter was polite. Ambience was okay. But the food was not up to the mark. Food was somewhat just okay, bland or tasteless so much so that we thought we will have main course somewhere else.

Not special. Just stay. No hot water in bathroom. Suites are joke. Same room with only non usable bath tub

I recently stayed at Hotel Classic Beach and had an incredibly disappointing experience. First and foremost, the room was unclean. The bed sheets had stains on them, and the bathroom was covered in mold. The housekeeping staff clearly did not do their job properly. Overall, my stay at hotel was a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. In the next morning we ordered tea and it came in broken cups almost although staff was supporting but overall it's not worth it and hygiene is not maintained properly. Totally waste of money. I do not recommend to anyone. Third class food quality. Not having basic things. I have seen guy cleaning spoon with dirty table cleaner cloth later he used tissue to clean it. Rather than i recommend fast food.

The rooms are not properly maintained. The staff is very slow and ignorant. The rooms are smelly and not cleaned well. Waste of money. Avoid planning trips with your family.

We only had lunch here, did not stay. Location is good, near the beach. However that's the only good part. This restaurant is much less popular than the Crazy Crab which is only a couple of blocks away. Food was OK, reasonably priced. However one won't mind paying a few rupees more for a better quality food, specially sea food given that it is a beach restaurant where fresh fish etc. would be available.
