Good hotel with restaurant. Restaurant staff can be slow and non attentive. TV channels are not enough, only free ones added. Two housekeeping staff were resting in our room when we came. No one attends the call to the restaurant from the room. Improving these things can make it a better hotel.

Good hotel with great rooms with balcony views though service could be improved. Room cleaning is good and fast. Reception do not listen to call and cut off before listening. Location is 3 km from chiplun city though on the highway. Breakfast is repeated poha upma everyday and everything else is paid.

We were travelling from Pune to Ganpatipule and stopped at this hotel for lunch. Food was good , toilets were clean and it wasn't crowded so you have food peacefully. While returning from Ganpatipule to Pune we have breakfast here and that was also good. So if you are in Chiplun then this this place you can eat and take some rest. It has ice cream shop next to it. Also, it has spacious parking.

Tej Grand. It is a very nice hotel. The rest of the service was given well by all. And I especially liked the driver's room there. Even if the driver comes tired, he will be well rested there and so will the customer. Must visit once. And most importantly the people working there are very good. Very nice indeed. Service too.

Rooms are good. But the big problem is how you call your guest to checkout by today because we have given this room to other guests. Very irresponsible, They checkout my room and confirm with combined room with one of my colleague..... Not good.

Decent hotel with good parking. Good location on chiplun Karad road Just outside chiplun . Visited restaurant for breakfast. Usual south Indian fare. Varied manu. Very good toilets.

I had a wonderful stay at Tej Grand in Chiplun. The hotel is truly grand, offering a luxurious and secure experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was top-notch. I recently stayed at Tej Grand Hotel in Chiplun, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is fantastic with spacious rooms that offer a great level of comfort. The staff is exceptional--everyone I interacted with was polite, respectful, and very accommodating. Their professionalism truly stands out. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it convenient for guests. I have stayed here twice in the past six months, and each time has been a great experience. I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend the hotel to others. A few small suggestions for improvement: There seems to be an issue with hot water, and the toilet area could benefit from carpets, as it can get slippery and dangerous. Additionally, soap, shampoo, and similar toiletries were not available, which is something that could be easily addressed to enhance the guest experience.
