Jharna Resort,Tadoba

Stayed at this resort with friends n family. The staff were very caring and courteous. Chef Sanjay was exceptional in his service, served according to our food preferences.Food was great. Overall had a good and comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this resort.

I want to highlight the staff was very caring. In particular Chef Sanjay took personal care of all my meals and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Great work Chef!! The Premium rooms are spacious and comfortable. The resort is close to the gate.

Overall we enjoyed the stay at Jharna Resort. It is located close (200 meters) from the Navegaon gate and probably the best stay option in that area. The food in the Restaurant was also good, the packed breakfast basket was good but not as luxurious as some of the other jungle resort breakfast boxes. The only issue we faced and hence 4/5 rating is that there was a musty/moist smell in the Sapphire cottage that we stayed in (Room 109).

We had an incredible stay at this jungle resort located near the Navegaon buffer zone of Tadoba Jungle! The person at the reception's information and help desk was swift to action on our queries, ensuring a stress-free start to our adventure. The resort is full of lush greenery, with beautiful plants surrounding the area, there also a small lake just opposite the gate of the resort. The highlight was the tall waterfall pool, which added a unique touch to the experience. The food was mouth-watering and the service was spot-on. The staff was always attentive. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-serviced retreat near Navegaon and Nimdhela, this resort is a must-visit!

We stayed at Jharna Resort from 4th to 5th January 2025. While the resort has a pleasant ambiance and is good for relaxation, there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was not very tasty, and the menu was quite limited. Room service was average and could be more prompt. The resort could benefit from adding more amenities like indoor games and swings for photo enthusiasts. Additionally, the management didn't seem very proactive in assisting with safari bookings, and there doesn't appear to be a proper tie-up with safari gates. Overall, it's a decent place, but there's room for enhancement.

I had a terrible experience with this resort due to their mismanagement and lack of professionalism. I booked my stay over the phone with their sales team and even paid an advance amount. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that there was no booking under my name! Despite showing proof of payment, the staff was completely unhelpful. Instead of the two cottages I had booked for five people, they offered us just one, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, no one from the sales team was willing to answer our calls or assist in resolving the issue. This was an absolute nightmare and a pathetic experience. Highly unprofessional and misleading service. I strongly advise against booking this resort unless you want to risk your money and ruin your trip!

It's a great experience to live in Jharna Resort, front desk staff is supportive and attentive , room service is good , ambience is nice lot of area for children's , spacious rooms , one special thing is head chef they Serve a very delicious food . Dessert are also very tasty , and the cherry on the top is location of resort very close to Navegaon gate . Out side there one lake where u also find some animals

The staff and chef are friendly and proactive, which is a positive aspect of the resort. However, the Sapphire room, though the best option, needs repainting, and the flooring requires better cleaning. The bathroom was initially dirty and had to be cleaned. The geyser's low capacity made the bathtub unusable. A snake spotted outside the room raised safety concerns, especially for kids and adults at night. The food, though spicy, was decent, but the buffet spread was small and not worth the Rs. 3500 charged. Overall, the resort needs improvements, especially since better options like Tuli Resorts are available at similar pricing.
