Gondwana Jungle Resort - Best Resort in Tadoba

Our stay at Gondwana Forest Resort during our Tadoba safari was nothing short of fantastic. The resort offers a seamless blend of comfort and nature, making it an ideal getaway for wildlife enthusiasts. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience after long safari drives. The highlight of our stay was the food--delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with special care taken to make non-spicy meals for kids. It was heartwarming to see such attention to detail in catering to families. The swimming pool was a treat, offering a refreshing escape, and like everything else at the resort, was maintained impeccably. What truly stood out, however, was the warm and courteous staff, who made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The team welcomed us and took the time to brief us on our stay and upcoming safaris, adding a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, our experience at Gondwana Forest Resort was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tadoba. Gondwana JR is perhaps the best place for stay and jungle safaris that one can think of. Perfectly located amidst Tadoba forest surroundings, very close to one of the most happening regions / gates Madnapur. After dark the resort vicinity is visited by wild animals like bears, wild boars or tigers, which even pass in front of the main entrance. That's a pure adventure that money can seldom buy. Rooms are very well maintained and equipped with all modern facilities (TV/Wifi/AC/swimming pool etc) to make the guests perfectly comfortable. Service is per excellence - the employees are very well trained, extremely courteous and readily helpful with smiling faces. Food is more that adequate and of very good quality and taste. Before the safaris start both early morning and afternoon, they will load vehicles with well packed adequate food and drinks. That is wonderful. We stayed for 5 nights there and did 8 safaris, distributed over 5 gates; all were arranged picture perfect. The owners Mr Vinayak and Mrs Anjali Joshi are very hospitable and gracious people. They are watchful on every minute aspects to make the resort experience impeccable and unforgettable. Once there, anyone will perhaps make a promise to self to come back there only if visiting Tadoba again.

Mrs. & Mr. Vinayak ji own this beautiful place with great passion for all the adventure lovers. Their staff is very polite and helpful. It's beautiful jungle home amidst the Tadoba jungle. They provide water & fresh juice for hot scorching summer safaris.. and lovely breakfasts for morning safaris. When you return from safari they offer a wet napkin for your quick fresh up. They cook homely food with veg & non veg options. Mr. Vinayak ji personally joined us for couple of safaris... shared his beautiful clicks and of course the Tadoba knowledge what he has!!! Thanks for the great hospitality and wonderful stay for us!!!

A sure shot destination to get your trip sorted in the most effortless manner. This place is the best resort you can look for during your Tadoba trip. Be it from planning safaris(including gate pickup & drop) to a casual weekend trip, you shall get everything here. Special mention for the food that is made here, its simple homely food buffet but the flavour will blow your mind. Small details make this place flawless(wet towels post safaris as you are covered in dust will definitely make u feel refreshed). Anjali mam the owner herself manages it so well that you are left with nothing to be worried. All of the other staff is equally courteous and genuine. This for sure is going to be my go to destination each time I visit tadoba.

Hello Madam I visited for the 2nd time in 3 months, this time with my parents Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team, my Mother didn't want to come back , we were that happy. Tadoba is very emotional to me especially this time when I spotted Chota Matka. We enjoyed it very much , I would visit every year whenever I get a chance and I would stay in your resort only. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Next time the full Kolsa range and I pray to God it happens this year only.

This is a good place to stay while you are visiting Tadoba Tiger Reserve. Many safari gates are close by and staff is soft spoken and takes care of the guests. A must visit stay resort.
