Chava Kolara Resort

Food 5/5 , room service also good , only thing was about rooms having bathroom were not in good state. But overall food and stay is mesmerising.

My partner and I have been traveling for a month in India and stayed in many places but Chava resort was outstanding from all the rest! We loved everything about it! They grow their own organic food and with this ingredients they prepared the most delicious food we tried in India. The room was very spacious and very clean and organized, the staff friendly and professional, and the best of all is the owner! He is very friendly, was there taking care of all the details, knows in depth all the area, locals and best zones and guides so that we could get the best tiger encounters possible. We really recommend this place, and by the way the pictures don't really show the beauty of this place...

Awesome stay at Chava Resort. Very near to Kolara Buffer and 10 kms from Belara Gate. Had a wonderful stay this week. The staff is very helpful. Its a nice clean resort with all basic facilities and special mention for the food. It was really really good!! Thank you Alok Pande for all the arrangements. We had good sightings at both the gates !!

The resort is ok, but not charming. Quite far away from some gates of Tadoba wildlife Park.

A memorable stay at Chava resort. We were traveling all women with 2 Kids and we felt absolutely safe and comfortable. The food is outstanding if you prefer simple but tasty home made food and it can't get more fresh as all veges are directly plucked from their organic farm behind the resort. The personal attention of the owner Alok makes all the difference. We will come back for some more delicious food and a peaceful stay at Chava soon.

Just back from Tadoba. Stayed in Chava resort. A very clean resort near kolara gate. The rooms are clean with all the basic amenities upto date. The food is just awesome. The snacks served after a jungle safari are too good....dahi kachori,daal wada,veg cutlet.... Lunch ,dinner....lip- smacking dishes. There are many resident birds in the resort like the Tickle's blue flycatcher,orange headed thrush, koel,redstart, parakeet ( in ber season) palm civet cat. Just outside the gate an Indian eagle owl has become a daily visitor. The host Alok and his team are giving a wonderful service. When in kolara stay at Chava resort only.....

Superb resort with excellent service. Owner Mr Alok is a gem of a person. Taking care of your needs like a friend. Service staffs are always on their toes to serve you even at midnight. Kolara gate is at walking distance. It's one of the oldest resorts of the area but maintaining its heritage service unlike others. All in all an amazing experience. My Kolara gate go to resort forever
