On my way from Nashik, visited took a break here and had lunch at its pure veg resto. The food is amazing. They had some amazing veg menu that is altogether a different and never tasted such good food as well as fresh food. Only suggestion is improve your service and speed. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel to stay in Chakan. All the staffs were very helpful. Especially the Front office Manager Mr. Deepak Tripathi made this place feel at home and pleasant. They also served very good veg dishes. Definitely a very decent place to try..

Their customer service is exceptional, and Mr. Gaurav is truly outstanding. They consistently deliver top-notch service, and in terms of security, this hotel is highly commendable. It's an exceptionally secure hotel.

Ambience is good, location is best and services are superb. Service staff is very punctual. Parking facility is good, ample parking spaces available. Found glasses was not cleaned properly and crockery items specially dishes was served with broken edges, afer replacing it qas same problem. Maily test of food was not to the mark just average, need to improve test especially Chinese and Punjabi subjis.

Ambience of the place is good. There is a hall upwards which can accommodate around 50 people for any small event. The food quality is good while hygiene is maintained. They have ample of parking space. Rates are a bit expensive.

Worst Hotel Ever. They gave me a room and after leaving the hotel, they gave my room to other persons for short stay in my absence whereas my luggage was there in the room. Rude behavior of the manager is a bonus. No cleaning. Dirty Washrooms and Used washrooms / Dirty Chairs and so on..... People should not stay in this hotel. Worst hotel I have ever seen.

Worst hotel ever. We booked this hotel from make my trip. Our check in time is 12 pm. We reached at 2pm. When we asked for check in, manager told us we didn't receive any confirmation of your booking. We lost our 2k. Very very disgusting . Make my trip support person confirmed that we sent confirmation to hotel manager. We have checked with senior manager and asked him to show booking history and we found the name in history list. 2:16 pm check in and 2:17 pm check out time. This is very annoying behaviour of staff. Staff is not good. Atleast they should talk with us but they denied. Also we asked manager to talk with make my trip manager but he refused. Please don't book this hotel. It is very very disappointing.
