The service was very slow.....the staff is very arrogant and total it was a disheartening experience. The food had too much salt and it was very mushy.The bedsheets were unclean and we had to ask for extra towels and bedsheets to change. The provided campfire is not worth it. Overall me and my family members would not recommend.

Bamboo treehouse for stay in chikhaldara is a very good option. our experience was wholesome . The owner and the staff were very well behaved . Booking of the stay and safari with them was hassle free . Talking about rooms...they were clean and well maintained with a small balcony and a good view . Coming to food .. we enjoyed our meals here . The Manager and staff were kind enough to provide with us with chicken even though we placed the order late at night . Thank you soo much for a wonderful experience! :)

It was very good experience.Very near to balancing stone point.Morning view from this resort is worth experiencing.Homely feeling.Play area for kids available.|Provide fresh milk (paid) if you are travelling with babies.

Poor service,though manager takes efforts to fulfill your requirements,he can't.unproffesional management. hot water supply problem in morning. Food very average. Unclean rooms. High room charges as compared to facilities

Very calm and nice place to stay . Located very near the chilkaldhara tourist spots. Plenty space for events and gatherings . The place is also in walking distance to the zipline under construction.

Excellent place to visit. Food quality is mind blowing. Staff is very cooperative and polite. Play area for kids is nice. Morning view from hotel is excellent. Overall experience was nice. Must visit once.

This place is good to stay. A bit outside from town but calm and serine. Sunset point is near by this place. Outside food is not allowed if you buy, then extra service charge have to pay. Charge extra for bonfire. Rooms need to renovate.
