The view at Platinum Resort is beautiful! The service is great too. The Staff was really very helpful. Everyone there is friendly. Our family had a great time during our stay we extended one night our stay. The kids didn't want to leave! Thank You Platinum 52 Team

I visited this place with my family and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The rooms/washrooms were not clean, the swimming pool was extremely dirty, and the filter wasn't functioning. The rain dance area was also out of order. Additionally, the food quality was poor in terms of taste. On the positive side, the food was unlimited, and the resort has a large area with good potential. However, the overall property is not well-maintained, which significantly affects the experience.

Most hopeless rooms, least maintained. Bathroom tiles broaden, bathroom taps not working. Doors are in pathetic condition. Swimming pool not maintained. Garden not maintained. Amenities are scary. Staff is helpless. Moreover this is not a resort but bungalow plot scheme. Owner took some bungalows on rent and running the show. Despite of all these pathetic conditions they r over charging

Need major maintenance work, the swimming pool was not clean and with broken ladders, the room was not maintained well. The indoor active room was low and dull. Though the service was very good and the food was excellent. The location is nice and the property will be the best place to visit if they maintain it well.

It is a great place to stay for a holiday. The service is excellent, everything is very clean, and the staff are very courteous. With its scenic views, good amenities, and a wide range of recreational activities, it's the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure alike. Nearby Lake is an added attraction.

The location is perfect for a long drive. It is pet friendly. Staffs are polite and approachable. Food was fantastic and we liked every dish. Its a 10/10 for me. Surrounded by hills and nearby Lake makes it a perfect gateway.

The rooms are not in good condition; there are no such outdoor activities; Management is ok; staff are polite; they need to hire more experienced people; veg food quality is ok; non-veg food is good; the swimming pool is kept in good condition; the environment is pleasant; there are peacocks around the property; even in summer, the weather is cold over there; and overall, it is good in the price which they have quoted.
