We recently stayed at ITC Welcome Aurangabad and had an absolutely wonderful experience, particularly thanks to the exceptional food and hospitality at their restaurant, Sholla.||Chef Rawat truly made our stay memorable. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and passion for Indian cuisine were evident in every interaction. He spent considerable time with us, recommending the best of local flavors and customizing dishes to our preferences. Every meal at Sholla was impeccable -- rich in authentic taste, beautifully presented, and full of thoughtful touches.||A special mention to how Chef Rawat went out of his way to pack us a delicious breakfast for our onward journey -- a gesture that truly showcased the warmth and care of the team.||Beyond the incredible food, the hotel itself was a delight. Our rooms were spacious, neat, and spotlessly clean, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Visited Csholla restaurant at welcome hotel Rama International in April 25 and had an absolutely delightful experience. Their food is mouth watering and must admit that we being finest food critic had gala time tasting local delicacy like Jhunka Bhakkar (mutton ) Nan Talia besan ki sabzi and naan . Special mention to their chef Ranjeet Rawat who ensure we get everything to our taste buds. Their serving staff shyam ensured we get hot hot rotis. They were the best thing to happen in this trip .|The food flavours were rich, well-balanced, and the portion size generous. ||Even the chef Rajendra Rawat came out to ask how we were enjoying and we will our preferences in dinner meal,and kept telling us about the food ingredients which was a thoughtful touch.|||Overall, Csholla is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys quality food and good service. ||Rating: 5/5

Wonderful hotel with courteous staff and a warm feeling. |Amazing food and staff that makes sure you are well fed. Shyam especially made sure we had an amazing and fulfilling dining experience.|The bar decor is beautiful and had so much fun watching a match. Needs to have more options in alcohol other than whiskeys.|All in all had a wonderful experience. Will choose this hotel again.

The current hotel is under renovation hence the main swimming pool has been shut down. Meanwhile the hotel has kept a small size (good enough for kids) pool functional in the adjacent bunglow (part of the same campus). The hotel is coming up with lots of leisure and family friendly amenities in the new property which are under construction and should be functional in this year. We went for the Executive club room which is one level above the standard room. In ITC hotel, when you go for a higher category room one expects to have better room at least with a balcony, more space and better interiors but in this case there is not much difference. The food spread is fine and the food taste is awesome especially white sauce pasta. One must try it. The service is very good. The staff is very courteous. Currently there are no indoor games for kids. This is good for business travelers.

The two days stay at the hotel were very comfortable. We were pampered with good, attentive service. The restaurant Sholla was exceptional. Master Chef Rawat took great care to understand our preference and prepared brilliant dishes. We will definitely come back for his food. Manager Srideep Chatterjee took excellent care of us.

We had gone for a break to Aurangabad and check out suitable hotel for a group. The experience was out standing. The staff of all the departments were very courteous and helpful. The food was also very good ITC style. We like the hotel very much and will be having our group of 30 staying here.

Our two days stay at ITC Aurangabad was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The service was brilliant. The food at Sholla was worth coming back for. Master Chef Rawat personally attended to us. Each of his dishes were exquisite. We will definitely come back. Another mention should be of Srideep Chatterjee who took care of all our needs in this stay.
