Experience of ritis was superb. Hotel was clean and room were very comfortable. And Staff also Friendly Viraj Patil Is Very good for helping Mi For Lagej good its brelint

Apart from the location, I could not find any positive points for this hotel. Having breakfast was the worst experience here. On our first day, nobody was attending the breakfast area. Dirty plates were scattered on all the tables, we could hardly find any clean place to sit. They had very limited options for breakfast. There was only a bunch of bananas in the name of fruit in breakfast. Other food options were also very limited, and quality was not very good. Talking about room service, they forgot to provide water in the room on day 1, when we asked for water they provided only one bottle. They also forgot to provide a telephone in the room. In the end, they provided service as per the cost. I mean, since the per-night cost is not higher, they are reluctant to provide basic services. I would suggest they should improve their services even if they have to increase the tariff a bit.

I stayed here for 4 days, my experience was pretty good. Railway station is 15 min aways from here. I would really appreciate the staff here, they are ready to help and excellent service I must say. Rooms I can say is average, but it cover all facilities. Clean and big room but not that spacious. But nice to stay here, and property is maintained clean, again I liked the staff and there service here. Thanks!

Worst Place Ever I have seen. Dirty Elevators. No Special Parking for Guests. The telephone was kept on a plastic chair. Dirty Smelly Rooms. Switches were not working. Night lights were not working. Some light was blinking continuously. Very Disappointing

Good hotel near to prime locations of the city. Rooms are big enough. Beds were comfortable. towels were clean. Wardrobe provided. The rooms however needed maintenance. The wash Basin pipe was leaking, door handles were damaged. Ac and TV remote were not provided until asked for. Service was good.

Bathroom taps condition was worst we have asked them look into the taps but they didn't respond anything on that. Viraj has assisted us in such a good way and his service was excellent.

Worst experience. Dirty bathrooms, arrogant front desk staff. No hot water, not providing dental kit. Even they offer for 500 rupees per night still it is not worth. If you want to waste your money can stay in this hotel. Front desk executive was arguing in loud voice.

Dont believe in pictures of Booking.com. It is one of the worst places I have been to. Room, elevator, bathroom were extremely dirty. People were very rude especially Gaurav. Breakfast was very very dirty. You could hear loud music around for whole night till morning. They take money in the beginning. It's an absolute waste of money as experience will be horrible. Atleast people could have been nicer if the place was so dirty but I met some of the most rude people of Aurangabad in this hotel. It SUCKS!!
