If there was an option for negative review I would have given negative. Worst hotel I have ever seen. They couldn't offer breakfast which was complimentary. When we went to kitchen then they started making the breakfast. Kettle was not working. Geyser was not working. Dirty linen. The staff had eyeflue inspite of that he was roaming here and there without goggles. When asked about same then also he was like that. Broken shower. Worst service.

Had to fight with manager to get hotel parking as they initially made us park on the road, in front of no parking sign. Hotel parking is cramped, needed to squeeze my way onto the copassenger seat to get out. Walls of the room were dirty with liquid stains and so were the bedsheets. Geyser switch was broken and they could not change room as they were fully booked. Luckily, they brought hot water for us to bathe from the kitchen. Also, the room sliding door could not be closed as the AC power cable came from outside, big security risk. Avoid staying here.

Located littel far from station but the area is good. There are medical and banks in the vicinity. Rooms are big in size. With Ac TV and closet. There is no fridge facility. There is power issues during rainy season. Service is bit slow.

We stayed here for one night during our recent visit to Aurangabad.The hotel looks very good and decent from outside. The rooms are poorly maintained and unclean. The bathroom wasn't clean. The scrubber with which the sink and washroom was cleaned was thrown under the tv cabinet. There were spider webs everywhere. No side table. A layer of dust was visible on the wall. The electric kettle was in a very bad condition.The rooms are very small. The price at which they are charging the quality of stay was pathetic. The washroom was not proper. The staff was okay. But the overall experience was not very great. Won't recommend at all.

The rooms were not neat...bathroom was too small with window that was slightly open. We had to opt for this hotel as there were limited choices available due to extended weekend. The hotel is in a busy area so there is lot of noise in the night (depending on which room one gets).

Very nice place to stay with family. Nice restaurant. A residential locality adjacent. Lot of options for eating out side also. Near to railway station and sightseeing places with in Aurangabad. Courteous and helpful staff

I stayed in room no 202 on 31/12/22 and checked in at 5 pm. Room was ok but AC didn't work properly and it was hot. I had Informed the manager and others who were there at diff times. 3 people came to see and assured me to wait for some time and it would be ok. It never became ok as it was not throwing air. The Manager said that he called a person to look into the issue and fix it but no one came. Later I could not see him in evening. Not a good experience and not a good customer service. Food was good and we really liked Veg Hakka noodles. One boy is there Tousif, he was also good.
