The One Hotel

This review is for the restaurant/cafe "five elements". The food was average. The salsa had tomato ketchup and was sad in taste. Rest was freshly made and average in taste. Plenty parking present with a guard to guide. Nothing great to visit again.

My overall experience wasn't very good which made me leave this hotel in a day even after booking it for 2 days... I had MAP plan and they did not provide requested food (I requested pineapple raita, they didn't give any), small bathroom, during shower, water temperature is not consistent (sometimes too hot, sometimes cold at same setting of knob)... At breakfast, they have very limited options. They don't justify their price.

Nice room, helpful desk guy, good service....the breakfast is always late...u probably don't get the free breakfast at 8 am.

All I can say too good location is the only reason to choose this place. Doesn't deserve@ 5000/night. Worth @ 2000/night. Unclean, understaffed, undermaintained, list is too long to write.

The really bad experience of hotel service staff is non cooperative and room service is also pathetic even for superior rooms. Definitely not recommended for traveller from tier 1 city.

Entrance is very elegant & restful. Very clean new property. Looked very new even though it opened in 2019. Our room was spacious & fresh with clean sheets.|All the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Shweta in particular. She was in touch with me, gave us a late check out for 2 hours. However we needed 2 more hours so we paid 1120/- as we were very tired. Shweta also coordinated for an efficient cab to be with us all day for visiting Ellora Caves & Bibi ka Maqbara and later dropping us to the airport.||Disliked: The hotel did not have a roll in roll out bed for the 3rd guest. So my senior citizen friend slept on 2 mattresses!

Very elegant hotel, the reception and housekeeping staff is super friendly They accommodated my late check in request as I was travelling from Far. Thanks to Miss Priti for being super helpful and polite all through my stay until my check out. Rooms were neat and clean, and all my housekeeping requests were takein into account almost immediately. Location on the airport road was a major plus. Exhaust system in the bathrooms can be improved.
