The Manor Hotel

This property is going through maintenance. I had booked 3 executive rooms almost a month back and I get a call at 3pm saying property is under maintenance and there are no rooms available. They shifted us to another property which had no rooms available. At present I am waiting for room with my parents and kids. They have not provided any solution yet. Please do not go by the pics. Even make my trip couldn't help us.

Worst hotel experience during our 8 night tour of Maharashtra. Hotel was booked by our tour operator. Initially told payment not received. After contacting tour operator, room was allocated. Got out of lift noticed the hallway wasn't that clean, windows were dirty. Entered the room number 208 and it certainly did not look like an executive room, stains on the wall, bedsheet looked old. Entered the bathroom & all the taps looked old fashioned, stained. When tried to turn on the sink tap, it was so loose the it wouldn't turn on.|Complained to the tour operator to speak to hotel for room change.|After returning from lunch told reception that tour operator contacted hotel for room change.|The receptionist said the loose tap has been repaired. I insisted on room change.|We were given alternative Executive room 203 and the photo images shows the extent of total disrepair of the bathroom, stains on bedroom walls, couldn't sleep as the ceiling fan making noise even at low speed at night.|In the morning went to have a shower and it wouldn't work.|Went down to have breakfast and the hall appeared semi dark. Food choice wasn't great either. Ordered masala dosa and dosa was soft instead of crispy. My wife noticed baby cockroaches on table and that put both of us off from eating there again.|In all our many years of world travel this was our worst experience stay in a hotel.|The pictures of hotel on websites paints a different picture to that in reality what we experienced.|It was pointless to contact the tour operator for another room change as the others would turn out to be same.|I later learned from some people that rooms on floor 3 has been refurbished and soon rooms on floor 2 and 1 to undergo the same.

I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were unhygienic, with walls that were stained and damaged. Additionally, the toilet was not clean, which made my stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the staff's behavior was also unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Centrally located. Very old hotel. Not well maintained. Needs renovation. Basic amenities and hygiene lacking. Cockroaches too. Exorbitant charges for early check in and late check out. Breakfast is same everyday. Poor service

The rooms dont work, and the paint will make your eyes water. The service is divided into three which is upto the guest to coordinate. Want water ask house keeping not room service and not reception. The qr code menus do not work. Food is expensive, like gourmet expensive and of above average street food quality. Ask for stuff 30 mins in advanced else you're not getting anything and follow up, youre the coordinator here remember. Untrained service people- lock your rooms when inside. Good food complimentary breakfast, space and cleanliness.

We stayed at this hotel in the last week of December 2024. I had booked two rooms for four of us. The rooms were clean and hygienic. But there was some renovation going on in nearby rooms which created smell of wood and other materials in the corridor. The room service was horrible, I asked for towels which were not kept in the room when we entered and finally got only 3 but we were 4. I called the reception twice but did not get the 4th one. I had booked the rooms from EaseMyTrip and made online payment during booking, but easemytrip failed to process the payment to the hotel. This led to a chaos while check-in and I was forced by the hotel to pay the price again as of that day which was hiked by 1K then what I had paid during the booking. The lady at the reception during checkin was quite rude and talked to me as if we were asking for a free stay. The next day easemytrip had processed the payment to the hotel but the hotel took 4 days to refund the amount I had paid directly to them which was frustrating. I showed an email from easemytrip the person at the reception which clearly said that they will make the payment to the hotel soon but the hotel said that they don't trust easemytrip and refund my money only after getting the payment from easemytrip. I am not sure why would the hotel accept the bookings from easemytrip when they don't trust them, this is just a harassment of the end customer amidst the tussle between the hotel and the booking site. I had to wait for 4 days for the refund of my money, however thanks to Sunil Mukherjee from the hotel who calmly coordinated with me and finally helped me in getting the refund. If you are booking this hotel, then do not book with Easemytrip. I have had a very bad experience with easemytrip, I was not able to see my booking in my easemytrip account when I tried to show it to the hotel because of which I was forced to pay the hotel again, easemytrip was just horrible. Never using it again.

Pathetic hotel, please don't book this. On mmt and other website they shows two category as soon as you reach they said we have only premium rooms.also we got two rooms n one is big other is small still they said both are premium and charged us the same. When we ask for water bottle they said we don't have no ro no mineral water bottled no pillow. Please didn't book. This hotel pathetic and took bad staff is not good at all
