The Fern Residency, Aurangabad

The reception team here goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic guest experience. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly Digambar is very Comprehensive. I was particularly impressed by their problem-solving skills they resolved a minor issue with our booking within minutes. Their calm demeanor and willingness to help in every situation made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. This team is a true asset to the hotel team definitely we will visit again

One of great hotels i have ever stayed in. I loved my whole stay and was satisfied with the overall service. The food range is very satisfying and has great taste and quality. This can be pricey but it's worth the money.

Fern Residency offers a decent stay with helpful and polite staff who are attentive to guests' needs. During our visit, the AC in the room wasn't functioning as expected, which did affect the comfort a bit. That said, the staff responded promptly and did their best to assist. While the overall experience was pleasant, a few improvements in room maintenance would help better align the stay with the expectations of a 4-star property.

It's a good day property but not luxury for sure. Parking is insufficient. Rooms are cozy and clean but things like quality of bathroom ware for example is not up to 4 star standard. Breakfast spread is excellent but quality of food is not up to the mark.

Old property, seems like recently renovated. Stayed for two nights. Had comfortable stay. Large, clean rooms and good linen. AC was very effective and service staff polite, courteous and efficient. Some information on places of interest and to do list in the room will be appreciated.

Actually I visited here for a Marriage Function. Both Function Hall & Dinner Hall are quite good. Both Halls are suitable for up to 200 visitors. The big issue is here, Vehicle Parking. Very few parking places.

Came here for a wedding and the entire experience was very enjoyable. The rooms were very spacious and nice, food was good, and the overall hospitality completely won our hearts over.

Nice location which is access to all city attractions. The hotel building seems bit old, but kept in good shape. The breakfast and dinner are awesome and different cousins which are tasty and healthy. Overall I am giving****
