Super Hotel O Padampura Near Railway Station formerly Shree Maya

Simply the worst experience ever. We very nearly refused to stay.|Everything was very dirty|Bedsheets hadn't been changed from the previous guest - |No towels until 10pm|Aircon didn't work and we needed to go down to reception everytime we wanted hot water|I made them change all the sheets, clean the bathroom and the floors - that's the only way I could convince my wife to even consider staying

First of all this is OYO hotel 1) Hotel rooms are not neat and clean 2) Rooms bathroom are very dirty and inside the bathroom very bad smell. 3) Air conditioner not working properly when i was tell him to manager on AC he said air conditioners not working condition after i discussed with other staff he agree to on the AC but automatic cut off after 10 min than again go to the reception counter for asking AC from the 2'nd floor to ground floor and there is no lift. 4) So much mosquito in the room. 5) This is nothing like 3 star hotel Even not 2 star. 6) Even they don't know how to behave with there customer.

Rooms are cosy Location is 7 min walking distance to railway station. Toilets are clean and spacious bu odor gets trapped. Wifi doesn't work. Rooms are double or triple priced at different websites you shall feel cheated if not booked from the right website. It would be better to book at the hotel. Need to provide cloth stand.

Service was pathetic and worst - Latch for toilet was not there it already broken. - we asked for mineral water bottle and staff gave us used refills water bottle. When we checked the bottle seal was not appropriate then they told us we always give refills water to customers - today we checkout property around 5.15 am and staff didn't send anyone to help us for our luggage - reception desk number was 9 but at 5 am morning we tried to dial that number 9 that was not working. I went down all staffs slept on floor they didn't bother to turn on the light. - staircase light was switched off while we were leaving from the hotel - for this kind of 3rd class service they charged 1600 single night - I recommend booking.com team to take our feedback seriously

Rooms are in very bad condition especially toilets. Most of the taps won't work properly. Rooms are not clean and not properly maintained lot of dust on the floor at check in. Staff don't help much.

Awful place! Avoid at any cost. We booked a room here on Booking .com and just an hour before check in they called me and asked to cancel it. I obviously didn't cancel instead arrived at the property and when they said they didn't have a room, I contacted Booking and they arranged for a different place. While we were at the reception dealing with this, we heard them call another of their booked guests to inform them that if the 3 rooms they booked, only 2 are available now and they can't do anything about it. I don't understand why they are even running a hotel if they can't honour a guest booking.

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at the hotel (26th to 28th) via Agoda app by fully paying for them. However, when we reached the property, they denied us rooms saying that the hotel is fully booked. We could see my booking with them but they overbooked their hotel causing us nothing but harassment. Not recommended to anyone.

Horrific experience, Room was not cleaned. The blankets had huge yellow and red stains, no towels or soap/shampoo was provided. And room smelled really bad whole time. And there were lots of mosquitoes and bedbugs
