PurpleBeds by VITS - Aurangabad

I recently accompanied a group of school students on an educational trip and was extremely disappointed with the poor accommodations. The rooms were leaking, unhygienic, and not as shown in the pictures. The hotel's failure to provide accurate representations of their rooms is unacceptable. The staff was courteous but unable to address our concerns effectively. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially schools or groups, due to their cleanliness and accuracy issues. *Pros:* Courteous staff *Cons:* Unhygienic rooms, leaking ceilings, inaccurate online representations.

Hotel is bugs free. Washrooms are clean and hygienic. Rooms are also clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. I would prefer the same hotel next time while my official tour.

Hotel is located at walking distance from Railway Station. Rooms are good and well maintained. Staff is cordial and helpful. They have in house restaurant. Food is also good but quantity provided in 1 plate is less. Online booking is not provided so calling beforehand and booking the rooms is adviced. They even help to hire cab for sight seeing. Easy and hassle free checkin and check out provided by them. Overall had nice staying experience with them.

Rooms and washrooms are pathetic....reality is totally different from the pictures seen in makemytrip or goibibo. Very smelly rooms, unhygienic washrooms and lack of parking are major issues. Staff is scarce and non cooperative. Even recently I checked, the VITs Aurangabad Original is delisted and non functioning on VITs platform. This is what happens when a so called World renowned Chain like VITs hotel does not live up to the expectations of customers Pathetic fate. Sad state of affairs.

Worst experience.... They charge high, cleanliness, service everything is worst. washrooms are pathetic. Very dirty and untidy rooms compared to the tariff. The food had no taste even if you are hungry you won't eat there also they served stale food. They have no humanity. The manager is very rude and arrogant.

Book it because of VITS brand, VITS main hotel is shut down for some time. So I booked this, and the overall service is good. But not up to what they charge.

Hotel is good, food ordered from room was served quickly also reception staff was prompt for help. Buffet breakfast was good in taste and variety, surely can visit again as the saty was good
