Location: jbrdst , A few meters away from Railway station, on main road. We just walked and reached in few minutes. You may take auto. Campus: Beautiful, As the other hotels are only hotels, this one welcomes you with green campus. Yes it's required to be more maintained and the jhuulaa specially requires to be cleaned regularly. As I wanted to enjoy but it was dirty. Special USP: Here most of the staff are ladies, Even near to gate one lady was sitting as a guard. They used to make Rangoli at the entrance of reception. Rooms: Newly renovated blocks with good amenities in the room. Staff at the reception was very cooperative and welcoming. They allowed to check in at early hours without any additional tariff. Complementary Breakfast: Tasty but they offered only one dish at a time. They should add more options for the dishes.

Overall experience - pathetic||Room cleanliness - below the basic||||-Despite newly constructed luxury suit rooms, even dust was not wiped from bed, furnitures, floor. Same was intimated to support staff but it was told that it shall be cleaned next day. Seems no quality checking system in place.||||- Kailasha restaurant is a classic and most fitting example of corruption in a govt set up. First day af breakfast on 12th april morning, we were served limited quantity small plate upma and was told any further order will be chargeable. On asking what about kids, so were told upma is not for them, can take bread and butter. On asking is this your level of complimentry breafast on a over 4000 per night room, the staff has told we are old by our madam for serving only this. After argument, she finally served 1 more item with a heavy heart. But it was no mistake of that low paid staff because i could sense she was knowing the reality who is eating the food meant for guests. Same day in dinner, we were served panner dish in which paneer was spoiled and turned sour in taste. We had to leave the dish there itself. Still the lady on the counter billed for it and did not agree the food is bad in taste.||||Next day for breakfast on april 13 2025 was a buffet with just poha and misal, was no better in terms of standards maintained by pvt hotels in even lower budget. Even omelette was not served in the breakfast. On asking staff has informed taht only these 2 items are available on complimentry breakfast. ||This was truly first and last mtdc stay for me. ||||I am taking out time to write such elaborate experience because i feel pity about the situation at ground level for such a segment like hospitality where quality is the only parameter for assessing the efficiency.||||There is a beed for complete overhaul and audit, fixing of accountability on culprits.

Review of MTDC Rashtrakuta Ellora (3rd-4th March 2025)|| * Location:| * Perfectly situated just 100 meters from the Ellora Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site--easy to walk to.| * Very close to Grishneshwar Mahadev Temple, another revered ASI site, adding to the cultural appeal.| * Bhadra Maruti Temple is only 5 km away, making it convenient for a quick visit.| * Property Highlights:| * Excellent location with a brand-new feel (only a few months old).| * Spacious and comfortable rooms.| * Ample parking space available.| * Food:| * Limited menu, but the food is delicious and well-prepared.| * Local chef excels at creating tasty dishes.| * Very reasonable pricing for all food items.| * Mineral water sold at MRP, which is a nice touch.| * Staff:| * Cooperative and friendly team.| * Proactive in resolving major issues (e.g., room changes when needed).| * Cons:| * Room maintenance needs improvement.| * Issues with faulty taps and leakages in both rooms assigned.| * Had to switch rooms due to these problems, which was inconvenient.| * Overall Impression:| * A fantastic base for exploring Ellora Caves, Grishneshwar Mahadev Temple, and Bhadra Maruti Temple, with great value for money despite some maintenance setbacks.

Disappointing Stay at MTDC Aurangabad I recently booked two deluxe suite rooms with complimentary breakfast at MTDC Aurangabad through Ibibio. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be satisfactory, but the staff (all females) were rude and uncooperative. When I asked for toiletries, they claimed it wasn't part of the room package, despite being mentioned on both Ibibio and MTDC's websites. After multiple requests, they finally provided the essentials. The complimentary breakfast was another letdown. Instead of a buffet, we were served a meager meal of pooris, curd, and upma, which was unappetizing and smelled of oil. When I asked about the lack of vegetables, the staff claimed they had received instructions to serve only the provided items. We left the food uneaten and checked out. I spoke with the manager, who promised to investigate, but I'm still awaiting a resolution. Warning: Avoid booking this hotel. Despite charging high rates, the service is poor, and the food is unpalatable and potentially hazardous to your health.

Rooms are nice and big. Location is nice. But service should improve. Kept us waiting for an extra bed which was already pre-book well ahead of our journey. Booking was made 2months ago. For one bottle of water waited for more than 2hours. Less number of staffs are available. Foods are overpriced. No electric kettle in room. And overall everything is slow moving

The hotel is reasonably priced, centrally located, and offers ample parking. It is managed entirely by an all-female staff, who are doing an excellent job. There's also an in-house restaurant serving delicious and reasonably priced food. The environment is safe, the premises are clean, and it's a great choice for a stay.

This is for devgiri building premium suit review Good location but lethargic house keeping, lawn maintenance was nil, Balcony was full of dust and all rugs and bedding was not cleanned upto mark No room service due to premises maintained by female staff, instead of not giving room service they should be given some emergency alarm watch etc, to staff If you visit in weekdays they are least bother about service even in canteen Tour operator Mr Sameer patel on mtdc board but Actually a Shadab Shaikh by unknown reason, but ok person, insist him to plan shivaji Maharaj museum on day 2 sight seeing, museum closes at 5pm and closed on thurdays so plan accordingly with him, otherwise he skips it

My family and I have been opting for MTDC hotels since a long time now, but this is the first time that we were completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. 1. Room had pungent wet smell when we entered for the first time. 2. Room services and acting upon complaints: 2.a. The landline was disconnected the whole time and wasn't repaired even after reporting about it to the front desk. Even after getting their personal numbers and calling them to report issues in our room, none of them were acted upon. Water bottles not provided. 2.b. We had to keep asking them for water EVERYDAY. Very inconvenient and overall it just felt like they had forgotten that someone was staying there. 2.c. The set top box was not recharged throughout three-night stay (even after we reminded them on the FIRST DAY ITSELF). 2.d. The room cleaning was never offered and was never done. 2.e. Towels weren't changed throughout the three-night stay 3. Food/Restaurant: 3.a. Food was very mediocre. Had lunch on the first day and then decided to eat elsewhere. The tray in which they brought food had visible layer of dust and it was disgusting sight. While we were eating, (and we were the only customers at that time) staff chose to have loud personal discussions right next to our table throughout our meal. 3.b. Breakfast service was s l o w. Weirdly, no buffet counters unlike other MTDC hotels. So as a result, customers were waiting for most of the time to be served breakfast. Only two food items on the offer for "complimentary" breakfast. So do not bother to opt for it. There are much decent eateries nearby serving much faster. 3.c. No room service for food! If you want it, carry it yourself. Another first across MTDC hotels that we experienced so far. Overall, felt that basic hospitality training is missing, and we stayed at some cheap lodge than at a MTDC hotel(resort!). Will avoid MTDC Aurangabad in the future.
