Hotel Wizard Palace

It's a great hotel. I came for two or three days and ended up staying for two weeks. I enjoyed it and rested a lot.||The people are wonderful, very friendly. My stay coincided with Ramadan, and I was invited to dinner with them every evening. They also helped me with bus tickets and all the information I needed.||The rooms are very comfortable, with a full bathroom and shower with hot water 24 hours a day. The hotel is very well located and can be used as a base for visiting the Ellora Caves. Buses come and go every half hour or so every day. It also has a restaurant, where you can request a meal that's not on the menu. Both the hotel and the restaurant have very good prices; if you're staying for some days, you can negotiate.||Thank you very much for everything.

This hotel is a complete SCAM. To start with, they charged me more than they were supposed to. The rooms were extremely dirty. And to make matters worse, and I've arrived at hotel by 5am and bout check out at evenin bt due to some issues I came down by next day 5am and the staff was like assaulting meh by giving bad words and bout to fight with meh for no reason tbh they did this act because they wanted extra money from I wasn't having enough money to travel back to my place still they forcefully stealed the money from meh this was the worst experience of my life never going back to this please never and whoever is reading my review i recommend please make sure never go ths type of hotel ever if you're traveling alone better get dormitory for yourself bt don't get stay at hotel wizard place the worst place ever on Earth

Terrible experience at this hotel! Overpriced for the poor quality of service. Frequent power outages, unreliable WiFi, cramped rooms, and dirty washrooms with no towels. The reception staff was rude and unwelcoming. TVs glitched, and maintenance requests were met with long wait times. The room's view was also a dumpster-filled alleyway. Not worth the money.

DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel is one of the worst I've ever stayed in and I feel like I got completely ripped off, well in fact I did! They charge 2500 for a disgusting filthy room, there was hair all over the bed, I asked them to change it and they put 'clean' sheets on and there was still dirt and hair! Also guy at reception is super rude, has an attitude problem. First guy was friendly and as soon as I said I was checking out he called me a liar when I said there were cockroaches in the room?! YES I SAW 2 COCKROACHES in the room among the dirt and grime and whatever else they haven't cleaned in ages. When I said about the cockroaches the guy told me 'not true because the kitchen is closed' ???? Does that mean they only come out when the kitchen is open. Honestly, don't stay

One of the worst hotels to stay. We stayed three on 23/12/2024. We paid 2.5K per each room. They had nothing else to offer except mosquitoes. Horrible bed sheets with tons of stains. When we asked them for replacement they still provided another stained one. Room lacked ventilation. We could smell some one has stayed there and had smoked ciggerates. I wonder how they have got 4.5 as it lacked basic hygiene.

They need to learn good hospitality. Bad speaking manners. Tiny and unhygienic room. No soap, no towel in the bathroom and they still charged me like they were running 3 star hotel. I felt it wasnt worth more than Rs. 300 per night. I made mistake that I booked just looking at the ratings. I should have read the comments instead. I think ratings are not genuine, keeping it above 4 through false accounts.

They couldn't even provide clean ones because all of them were dirty, so I had to wait until 10:30 PM to finally access my room. As if that wasn't enough, trying to get some rest was impossible with a group of kids running up and down the hallways. The staff did nothing to solve the issue, so I had to handle it myself. In short, this place is not worth 1500 INR for the tiny, rundown room they offer. I am trying to speak with then and they are cancellinh my call, are completlly rude

I'd like to warn others about my disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, it's one of the worst I've ever seen. The hygiene standards are extremely poor, with mosquitoes everywhere and unclean bed sheets and pillows. To make matters worse, food is not available. I strongly advise against visiting this place, especially with family and the online pictures of the room are deceptive and don't match the actual condition. Hot water is not available
