Very good quality rooms are clean and staff is friendly but in breakfast food is repeated same everyday.

Worst experience. Rooms are not clean. Very old structure from inside. Food quality is very bad. Will not recommend at all.

Hotel is located at center , MGM hospital is opposite so u can get lots of small tapris and hotel to eat out. Hotel itself provide good food. Rooms are good . Service is also nice. Hotel is an old property so don't expect very posh washroom, but they tried to maintain it clean. Parking space is available.

Good location, friendly staff, clean place. Working air conditioner and boiler. Manager helped us for good sightseeing. Good vehicle and good drivers. Nice attached restaurant and staff and chef are very eager to please you. Sheets looked off colour, they smell fresh and they are washed. If you are looking for ultra modern western standard, don't book this. This is a family friendly hotel, true reflection of India's hospitality.

The rooms are very old, not well maintained. The service is extremely slow. My overall experience was very underwhelming. As I checked into the room, the phone was not working, AC was not working, TV was not recharged. My advice would be to avoid this hotel as much as possible and check into a better place for a few hundred rupees more. This hotel does not seem to have scope for betterment as the management seems to be happy with what they serve.

Pros : 1) Location : It is located in a relatively quiet location away from the noise of the market. Surrounded by some nice places to eat, shop, etc. 2) The restaurant: Really tasty food and quick service 3) The staff: the staff is very courteous 4) The rooms: the rooms are clean and comfortable. Cons: 1) The rooms: the hotel is slightly old and we had a problem with AC and TV in one room and hot water in another. But overall this is a great value for money place.

Worst hotel service I got here. The rooms are not clean and even with full of cockroaches. And for room service water bottle for Rs. 30 and small coke for Rs. 40 later when I argue with the staff for price then he asked to pay Rs30 for coke. Would not recommend anyone for this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I must say I had a lovely time. The staff is extremely courteous, they make you feel at home and the food was fantastic. They took very good care of all my travel needs and have good set of car drivers who are equally courteous and for every service they give, got timely feedback. It made me feel the really care to be the best in the area.I strongly recommend them if you are there for business or pleasure.
