Hotel The Sky Court

One of the better features of the hotel is its adjacency to the train station. I was traveling on Vande Bharat and it was really easy at 5am in the morning to just cross the road and reach the station. But other than that, rooms are very stuffy and doesn't have a view. They also have really old furniture that sees a lot of cockroaches come out at night. They have an electric kettle in their rooms, which was a plus for me. Only avail if you need the station close to you.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past two days, and the experience has been quite disappointing. The room service is extremely poor, with a simple request for a towel taking over two hours to be fulfilled. The bathroom facilities are not up to standard, adding to the inconvenience. It is surprising that drinking water in the room is chargeable, which is not expected from a hotel of this stature. I even had to personally go to the receptionist just to get a towel. Staying here with kids has been particularly challenging, as even small requests like a sachet of milk powder feel like a burden due to the lack of support. Overall, the service needs significant improvement to meet basic hospitality standards.

I can't say about the rooms but I went to their restaurant. The ambience and all waa great. The service is also fast and superb. However the main thing was very ey disappointing that was the food quality. The food lacked taste and quality. Also it is bit expensive aw compared to the food taste they serve.

We had advanced reservation from our tour package, but upon reaching the location they mentioned saying that they've an event organised and they would be making alternative stay arrangement on the opposite side of their hotel. The alternative hotel which they had booked was not in a good condition. Did not expect this response even after all the bookings were done in advance and was accepted by them. These last moment changes ruined our time and comfort.

We had reservation at this place through travel agent and on reaching the Venu at night, they said the hotel is booked for other event and cannot give prebooked rooms in same property and they are making arrangement in opposite property. But there was no event booked in the venue and whole building was free. The property they gave was cheaper price with no good bed sheets, pillow or hot water facility. We had tough time managing with the alternative option they give at night. Also they packed breakfast for 2pax instead of 5 even after multiple requests and long wait. They are totally unprofessional, don't stick to words and the area isn't great too.

I stayed for 2 days and had a good experience. Sky Court hotel is opposite Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar railway station which is an advantage. The breakfast was good and so as the staff behaviour. Thanks to Mr. Dhanraj for accommodating early check in with no additional cost. The hotel also has tie ups with cab services which are trustworthy and good Appreciate the customer centric approach.

Great stay near the Shambhaji nagar railway station. Stayed for 1 day. The location of the hotel is prime it is situated near the railway in 2 min walking distance. The price range for stay is 2500 to 3000 per night it is bit costly but better than other hotel who are pricing 2000 for nothing. The staff are corporative and helpful.

Nice stay. Room service was good. Variety of food were kept for breakfast.
