Hotel Taj Bi Plaza

Booked a suite in this hotel. Very big and clean rooms. We got 2 bedrooms with double beds and a kitchen. Also 2 separate bathrooms out of which 1 had a geyser. Prices were very nominal considering the facilities provided. Parking space was scarce and could only fit 1 big car and a two wheeler. Location wasn't the best as the hotel was surrounded by car garages and repair shops. But connectivity to main roads and railway station was great. This could be an ideal choice for families looking for a short stay in Aurangabad.

Room given to us was poorly maintained, Wash basin drain pipe was choked, drain water overflowing on floor. Kitchen sink and floor were not clean. It was noisy too due to traffic nearby.

We had originally booked a different place but 2 days before check in realised that the place had really bad reviews. So we were very lucky to still find availability at Taj Bi Plaza. From the first communication before check in throughout the entire stay, our experience has been nothing but amazing! Atik and his team were SO kind and helpful, we've hardly ever experienced anything like it in India. We were allowed to check 4 hours before normal check in time! Atik arranged a taxi for a VERY good price (and with a super friendly driver) for us to see the Ajanta and Ellora caves, there was literally nothing we had to worry about. Check out was in the morning but when we came back from seeing the caves in the afternoon to pick up our luggage from reception (which they were kind enough to store for us), we were allowed to use the room again for a couple of hours before catching our night bus. The customer service has just been incredible and we felt so welcomed and cared for. Thank you for everything Atik & team!

Excellent Place for Family Stay. We a family of 7 members and 3 Children stayed at this Hotel for 2 days. Rooms were neat and clean with excellent service. Service with a smile is their motto. I was truly impressed with dedication to their customers. My kids needed hot water at 11 Pm , I called them and they provided it from their home. Such a lovely people. Overall a great experience. Wonderful stay.

I stayed with my family to visit Ellora cave. Had a very good experience there. The host was very helpful and friendly. The staffs are aslo very friendly and cooperative. The best thing about the property is the kitchen they provide. We can cook our food there. It's just a home away from home especially for visitors with family.

We stayed for 4 nights & 4 days....Atik sir's Nature is very nice, excellent cooperation,He gave me his private bike to take parcel of Dinner Thanks Sirji, for family 2 BHK are very excellent..

This is newly built family home stay. we stay for 3 days , its good option for family and group stay, very safe location you can travel any time. very convenient for public or private transport. they provide good hospitality, .The hotel owner Mr Atik Shaikh & home taker is very helpful and had guide & help us throughout your our stay I will recommend dis hotel to every group and families. You wont regret.
