Hotel Silver Inn

The rooms are just right for a single traveler--neat, clean, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast . However, I feel there is room for improvement in the breakfast menu to offer more variety. And It would also be great if they introduced discount packages for frequent travelers or extended stays. Overall, a good stay with a few areas for improvement. Would consider staying here again!

It was a business trip and for me the location was a big plus as it was near my office. Rooms are big enough for a single person, neat and clean. I enjoyed tea and breakfast. For the given tariff, it is a premium stay in Aurangabad

Third class hotel with third grade of service and people.flush is not working bathroom door are not working Bell is not working..this review is just after I check in..the employee says mujhe kya karna h sir..adjust karo.....never ever opt this hotel..this is 3rd time I am changing the room in middle of night..worst experience ever.. Worst people and they are only here for one reply....hum kya kare kharab h to hai . Not even worth 500rs also. This is 3rd time I am changing the room..in at least 5 room flushbwas not working.. bathroom door are not getting close .. And the mattress they provided was cherry on the cake in their worst service list.

Very very u professional staff the reply was very rude and they are not willing to help also...

Different staff at reception has different behavior which is pathatic sometimes and you may loose your temper because they will show that you are in their native..basic things like Toothbrush & toothpaste you have to purchase from hotel.. No hair dryer or iron..

Tasty food, comfortable stayed, very cooperative staff. I recommend.

There are 3 things about this place; 1) The security guard is too novoice to handle the basic responsibilities of a security guard. He does not even know that a car has reached the hotel. Was sleeping on the table. 2) The front office person is 12th Pass and he is sitting and handling front desk activities. A uneducated person who does not know how to talk to a person with professional attitude. - *I think the quality of hotel is just because of the location* as there is not quality of people working here.... 3) The manager was rude and a person who was not at all qualified to handle the situation like this.... I think the owner is sleeping and no idea how to handle a hotel with no star rating!

On 11/5/2024 i had been to this hotel with family for one function which was followed by dinner. In the dinner both veg and non veg food was there. After we started dinner some of the guests found peices of chicken in their veg dish which was served as paneer tikka masala. Then it was transpired that, the foolish, negligent staff of the hotel while refilling the container of Veg paneer tikka had put in it the Nonveg chicken masala in it and same was served to the people,children as Veg dish. Then some people realised the blunder committed by the hotel staff. When the hotel management was confronted about it, they were extremely stiff and were very casual about what happened. It was very disappointing, disheartening moment for all the vegetarian invitees who had to eat non veg food. Felt cheated. Disgusting,negligent management of Hotel Silver Inn. Shame on you. Will never visit this hotel again.
