I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. I checked in early in the morning and stayed for just one day, but that was more than enough to see how poorly managed this place is. The rooms were extremely dirty, and even basic hygiene was not maintained. Despite requesting multiple times (at least four), the staff only changed the bedsheets late at night. Room service was practically non-existent -- the staff were unresponsive and careless. There was no hot water available even at 8 AM, which is unacceptable. The bathroom was also in terrible condition -- there wasn't even a proper glass pane on the window, just an open space, which made it feel unsafe and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they overcharged me and refused to provide a proper bill. When I asked for a GST invoice, they simply said the hotel isn't registered, which is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns. Overall, this place is cheap not only in price but also in quality, cleanliness, and service. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and look for better, more trustworthy options.

Right now they are doing renovation of Rooms. before renovation quality was not good, now they improved the quality of room. Staff behaviour is good but service is poor because of staff.

I had bad experience here, no water no electricity and not even cleaned the room .. all the area of room they have fungi on the wall.. it was mosquitoes everywhere.. I would recommend not to come here.. your money will get wasted..

Please do not book this. The facility doesn't look anything like what it's shown in the sites like booking.com. I don't get enough words to describe how bad it was.

Yaa, this hotel is good. I have attached the photos of the room I stayed in. They have charged 700 for two people. Room maintenance was okk. Staff behaviour is well and good. The only thing is that hot water won't be available throughout the day, it will be available only from 6am to 10 am in the morning. They didn't provide soap, towel etc., You have to take your own arrangements. Bathroom was not that clean but okk.

Best Non-AC room for stay just 500 meters from Aurangabad Railway Station. They offer only Non-AC rooms at a reasonable price. The staff is cooperartive and kind. They also offer regular cold water bottles (non chargeable). Toilets and beds are clean. Note: only problem is rooms becomes hot during summers seasons. Best for winter and rainy season stay.

Based past reviews on Tripadvisor I decided to stay here during my 5 day trip to Aurangabad. I stayed in an air-conditioned room. Price was the primary consideration. All in all, I felt it was a good deal for someone travelling single.||||Starting out with things which I found trying. To start with I called up the landline number given in the booking and it seems it does not exist anymore. Then I searched on net and found the owner's mobile which, when I called, was not picked up and that alarmed me. Next day the same phone number was responded when I called and I got to confirm things. The owner, when I talked on the phone also did not allow me early check-in after I told him the I would be coming about 4 hour earlier and said I would have to pay half-day's charge. I opted to stay at the dorm at the railway station which was clean, cool and just for 120 rupees. Next, the location is not correctly shown on map and it can be a challenge as the hotel's name is not known to locals and when you are in a new sitting and have to lug around luggage in dry heat. The guest-house is half of a building which houses another hotel in the other half. The room was very basic and the AC is switched on and off from the reception with no other mode of control like changing temperature or even switching on and off in the room! This is both wasteful and terribly inconvenient. As the temperature was not set low I could manage using the blanket at times.||||Now for the positives. It is located perfectly at 5 minutes walk from station and has good eateries and basic necessities galore. As opposed to the rude interaction on phone before start of trip, the staff at the desk was really great. They were friendly and eager without being overtly so. They took care of my issues, like a leak in the toilet and replacing the TV set quickly and gave me helpful tips on planning by trips and on good places to see and eat in the city and way to go about it. They also wanted me to point out things which they could improve based on my experience and were receptive to my advice to make small changes relating to presentation. The hot water does not run in evenings and night so when I needed some after a long tiring day of travel they heated some up and gave it to me in a bucket. If they could iron out the wrinkles I pointed out and paid attention to simple attitudinal adjustment and did small things which almost cost nothing like screwing on plug points straight, polishing deposit off the bathroom fittings and fixing opaque slate instead of newspaper in the bathroom window and introducing AC control in room the experience could be much better without involving any major financial burden. This way they could continue providing affordable accommodation and garner higher levels of customer satisfaction.
