my severe disappointment with my recent stay at your property. I had initially booked the hotel for one night but accidentally paid for two nights. Upon realizing this mistake, I immediately requested a refund for the extra night. Your team assured me that the refund would be processed at check-out. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be false, as the refund was not provided. To make matters worse, the overall experience was absolutely dreadful. The owner and staff were shockingly rude, showing no professionalism or courtesy. The room condition was beyond unacceptable - the bedsheets reeked of an unpleasant smell, the room was filthy, and the hygiene standards were appalling. Adding to this, the food served was of terrible quality, making the entire stay a nightmare. This experience left me with a horrible impression of your hotel, and I strongly urge others to avoid staying at your property. I demand an immediate refund for the extra payment that was wrongfully retained. Additionally, I suggest you take this feedback seriously and work on drastically improving your services if you wish to maintain any level of credibility in the hospitality industry.

I visited this place for lunch with my family during our trip to Sambhaji Nagar, and it was a great experience. The restaurant is located in a busy area, but it's definitely worth a stop. The food was delicious - especially the chicken and mutton thali with bhakri, which I highly recommend trying. A lovely spot for anyone looking to enjoy authentic local flavors!

I stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are huge and clean. The service and staff is very good. Some things that need to be improved: 1. I was very disappointed with the complimentary breakfast options. All three days boiled egg was common and in addition was poha and upma which is not at all special and to be offered as complimentary breakfast. I don't know why there are reviews of very good breakfast spread there was nothing special in the breakfast spread all three days. Idli, dosa and omlette are the basics that anybody can add to the complimentary menu. 2. The property is kept clean, but it is very old and needs serious renovation. 3. They had not provided any toiletries in the room except bath towels. Also, not even one hook in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Overall a good stay except the complimentary breakfast.

Hotel Raviraj is a old hotel, located on main road and has parking available. Rooms are renovated, but bathrooms required renovation. Fish finger was good. Don't try chinese dishes as are highly indianized. Breakfast with limited food option is buffet/self service, hence don't expect hotel staff to serve it on table. Overall recommend, if you don't have much options.

Very nice hotel in city. Staff was very good, 5 star services in ch.sambhaji nagar. Rooms well furnished and specialy thing is check out timing is 24 hrs . Its a very special for corporate customers.

The room allotted to me was infested with bed bugs, and they also did not provide basic toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste). I also found a packet of cigarettes and a matchbox in the washroom, which further indicates that the room had not been cleaned for a long time. This was particularly disappointing as it was a same-day return business trip. Make sure to specifically request a clean room. Apart from the negatives the staff is well spoken and quick to respond .
