The rooms were spacious, the owner is very helpful and the location is close to the railway station.

Service is great. Both owner and his brother are quite friendly and they offered us with lot of local information and guidance on the best time and places to visit. Coming to rooms, they are spacious and clean. Bedspreads were new and was changed in front of us. Rooms were clean before even we went there and cleaned on need basis too. Cons: Hot water supply is only on specific timings in the morning. Parking is very tight and in open space. No lift facility.

Not the most sophisticated place....but still a good option if you're on a tight budget and want other basic needs nearby. I would recommend it.

It's a budget hotel but the rooms are nice and clean. I only met the employee on checkin, conversation in English was difficult but he was very helpful and did his best. As soon as you arrive you can be sure that the owner will come to the hotel and make sure you have a nice stay. Very nice man, interesting talks and 5 stars service! I had a breakfast included in my booking...I ended up with a breakfast big enough for 3 people just for me!! The employee at night is also very friendly. The owner will be able to recommend places for you to eat around. Recommend this place 100%

I love how family friendly staff is, the front desk guy Rehan is too smart and friendly, owners are way too helpful with everything you want to know and go I liked the place it's at walkable distance from railway station also alot food shops are near. Thankyou for the amazing experience during my exam center.

Ideal if you arrive and leave by train and need to spend a night close to the railway station. It also has a wide variety of affordable eateries around it. However, it's not value for money at all. If you want a quiet and clean room you must look elsewhere. If you are a light sleeper you may be troubled by the noise from the busy street below, the announcements from the railway station and the Adhan from the nearby mosque. The triple-room cots were adequate but the bed linens didn't look fresh. There was black mold on the bathroom door, dirt in the washbasin corner and a fresh cobweb on the shower. The old cathode-ray TV and the single chair and the school room table in the room definitely don't match the room tariff either. Take care to advance book only through reliable online hotel booking sites which allow cancellation and issue refund. Prior payments for direct advance booking is not at all advisable as even a one month's notice for cancellation won't entail a refund. Another risk in direct advance booking is the volatility in room tariff.

The rooms are comfortable. They allowed early check-in at no extra cost and provided a discount on our overall bill. They also helped us make our travel plans to see the nearby attractions, as well as our trip to Pune. The owners are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Plus point, it's located around station area. A hotel with basic amenities. Rooms are clean. Suitable for students or backpackers. The rooms are small, good for people who book at last moment. You can find hotels with nicer amenities at same price if you make your bookings well in advance. There are two owners, one of then is very nice, second one is very arrognat and does not deserve to be in this hospitality business. Overall I would say go for it if you looking for just an overnight stay and don't have time to search for better deals. Rates, 2k per room( this is what we paid for a room for 4 per night.)
