The hotel is in the right place and close to the railways The food was still okay but the service man behaved a little differently. This hotel is still good for 2-3 people, but if there are more than that then you should think before going Manager is sweet person. I did not get such good service

New Samrat hotel is located in very near and walkable distance from Aurangabad railway station. Its just 2 year old hotel and yeah room is very clean , spacious and lot of ventilation is there. Staff are friendly and very responsive. They have both bike parking and car parking, wifi , tv , 24/7 hot water. Works are going on to start restaurant also with all kind of food north and south and may start from April,2025. You can get food direct to room or dine in.

The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with hygienic bathrooms. The service was satisfactory, making it a good choice for a family stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel New Samrat and found it to be a good choice. The rooms were decent and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. However, I faced some challenges with parking as the hotel is situated within a society, which can be a bit inconvenient. The staff deserves a special mention for their courteous and helpful demeanor. They ensured that the service was satisfactory throughout my stay. In terms of pricing, I found it to be fair, although slightly on the higher side. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again.

Went with family and booked 2 rooms. |No lift , so senior citizens pls be aware. |Only Atul one of the service guys was helpful. Other service guys used to only laugh whenever asked for anything. |Rest struggled with AC cooling and bathroom leakage. Management was least bothered. Luckily had to spend only 1 night. |Dogs were barking all night and hence couldn't sleep properly. |Hotel ordered rickshaw at double the price in the morning to go to the station. |Though it is closer to the station but with the divider on the road, one has to go all the way to take a turn. |Area not safe for women travelling alone. ||Management was ok with me struggling with room ac and water leakage. So suprising. ||Not recommended.

Would recommend for families to stay here. They have a self parking space. Very decent hotel. The rates are not much expensive. I have booked a room for a single adult with a sum of (r)1600. The room size is good enough. It also has space for table work. Only beware of the toilet gate lock, as it can harm you. The toilet's gate handle has a corner which has given a long scratch.

Very good hotel & staff is also very polite & helpful.
