Hotel Manasi

In one word--pathetic. Unfortunately, I chose this venue for my wedding reception, and it was a big mistake. The staff, especially the manager, was rude and unhelpful. As for the food, there was no paneer in the paneer butter masala even on my plate. I can only imagine what my guests were served. Even after three years, I still feel that my once-in-a-lifetime event (30th Oct'21) was ruined by your actions. To make amends, I want to share my experience so others can make their own judgments. If need be, can share the photos of the reception as well

recently had a delightful stay at hotel Mansi ch sambhaji Nagar Aurangabad, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dining options are truly impressive; the food is delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, catering to all tastes. What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure every need was met. Their friendly and professional service by courteous staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend hotel Mansi for anyone visiting Aurangabad - it's a perfect blend of comfort, quality dining, and excellent hospitality

Room cleanliness not upto the mark|No toiletries provided. When asked they said buy from hotel at almost 4 times the rate|Only 1 bottle of 100ml water provided.|Hot drinking water is also chargeable.|Tea was stale|Food quality and quantity pathetic||Over all don't try staying

Had a great event at Hotel Manasi, cooperative staff and quality food.

Delicious foood firstly, Prompt service we got. Owner personally looks after guest's requests and comfort. Will surely visit again.

Good and spacious hall for small functions. Having a lift facility for elders and people over there is supporting and helping.

I went there for a small family function. The function hall is located on service road, easily accessible with adequate parking and was kept nice and clean. Chairs were arranged as well as rearranged neatly and quick. Food was average. Salt proportion was not accurate. Chapatis and puri were not good. Food service was the worst. The serving person denied to serve the daal in boul. He told me that they serve the daal on rice only. I could easily raise my voice there but kept quiet as I don't want to spoil the function. I suggest the management to train the staff properly as well as improve the food quality and taste.

I highly recommend to all this Hotel for any function.Service provided was good.Staff here is very co-operative and polite.Special credit goes to the food,was delicious and as per the requirement.Rooms, corridor and terrace are also neat and clean with lively ambience.
