Room service was prompt, and they ensured all my needs were met. Food & Dining The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of options. The breakfast spread was decent, with both local and continental choices. The quality and taste of the food exceeded my expectations. Location & Accessibility The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions, markets, and transportation hubs. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Exceptional Hospitality! My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were even surprised with a complimentary stay, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel's generosity and hospitality truly made our stay special. We look forward to visiting again soon! Here's a review: *1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience* I'm still fuming after my recent stay at this hotel. The hospitality was practically nonexistent. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed completely uninterested in ensuring our comfort or satisfaction. The room was dirty, with stained carpets and an unpleasant odor. When I brought this to the receptionist's attention, she barely acknowledged my concern and didn't offer any solutions. The breakfast buffet was overhyped and underwhelming, with limited options and cold food. When I asked for a refill on coffee, the server seemed put off. What really took the cake was the lack of apology or effort to make things right. It felt like we were just another inconvenience to them. Needless to say, we won't be returning. Perhaps it's time for this hotel to revisit their hospitality training. Until then, I'd advise others to look elsewhere.

Location is good. Service was ok. Ordered room service and it was delivered. But the empty vessels were still in my room all night and not cleared despite reminders. The room didn't have a kettle and so no coffee in the morning. The restaurant does not open till 11. And there were no instructions on where to get my morning coffee. Room is spacious and the ac was powerful. The wifi worked ok. Bathroom did not have adequate hanging rods to hang clothes. Otherwise the process was smooth and the people were courteous.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the overall ambiance was great. The breakfast was also nice with a good variety of options. The location is quite convenient, situated within the city. However, one minor downside was the dental kit - they provided just a single toothbrush for a family of three, which was a bit funny. It's a small thing, but definitely something that could be improved. Overall, though, the experience was positive, and I would still recommend this hotel.

All things are best in the price offered. I have booked a deluxe but the receptionist offered me super deluxe without requesting as it was available that night. Breakfast served in room. A decent and tasty. Cover underground parking available. I got it for 2400 a night. Very neat clean room and specious. AC, TV remote was working super fine and all channels were running it was surprise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. I am only deducting one star because we found that the linen sometimes had a stain on it. However when we requested the staff to change it, they did it quickly and apologised. All in all a great place to stay!

Amazing stay and great suite room! The rooms are clean and tidy. And the staff is cherry on the cake. We did not get a chance to try out food so much from the restaurant but the basic food in the room service was excellent. Dal khichdi is simple and great!
