Hotel kartiki

I recently stayed at Kartiki Hotel, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar, and would like to share my experience: After check-in, I noticed there was no drinking water placed in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The electric kettle provided was not cleaned properly, making it unhygienic to use. There was no bath stool or a separate dustbin in the bathroom, which caused some discomfort. The overall service facility was not up to the mark and needs improvement. Additionally, the balcony door handle was missing from the outside. Once the door shut, it became very difficult to open it again. I hope the management takes these points seriously and works on improving the facilities for future guests.

Booked an AC room. The AC and TV WAS NOT functional. They changed the room but again the AC and TV was not functional. The AC failed to cool even at 18 degree. The room had mosquitoes. There was an old used good night mat don't know from which era that was in the repellent holder. Overall experience very bad.

Rooms are ok, friendly staff, services are good.Food taste needs to be improved. 24hrs check out time and compliment breakfast is the plus point for the stay.

We enjoyed a tasty meal of butter garlic prawns, and veg maratha, with jeera rice. All was freshly prepared and was delicious. The young waitress was charming, and served us with skill, as she silver-served the food very efficiently, complete with a smile.

Worst experience ever! Please go to some other place if you're looking for a decent place. AC and TV broken, in 2 different rooms. There are cockroaches and mosquito. Hot water may or may not come. Staff kept my foreign id, overnight & called me up only an hour before I left Aurangabad, making me rush from the bus station to the hotel, to pick it up. Overall very poor service, staff knew AC rooms were actually non AC but perhaps pressured to sell these overpriced rooms by management. I had given these feedback to front desk but it fell on deaf ears. If looking for a hotel in this vicinity at about the same price, go to Hotel Green Olive or Hotel Panchvati.

I had very nice experience in kartiki hotel. It is located in center of the city. We get multiple choices of traveling. Bus depot and railway station is near from this hotel. Food and room service is also very good.
