Hotel Janki Executive

I stayed in this hotel from 4th May to 6th May with my family. We booked 2 rooms. Initially we were given 2 rooms on 2nd floor. The rooms were small. The bathrooms were very small and stinking. The ACs were not working. The linens were dirty. We complained. So we were allotted on the 4th floor. Same conditions. After a long drive we were looking for some relaxation but couldn't get any. Finally we were given 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. The rooms keys were not working. Everytime , we had to call front desk to open the rooms. Even though we paid for extra beds for two extra persons but they didn't give any. The food quality was bad. Breakfast place was hot.. Mr. Zaheer was not at all understanding. He only understands money. I raised the above concerns with him during check out in the morning. He was snoring and I had to call the security to wake him up. I had to pay a bill for 2 water bottles even though the bill wasn't signed. Overall, a very pathetic experience. We will never stay in this hotel..

I checked out of the room early in the morning as requested and was assured that a soft copy of the invoice would be shared. Although I agreed to wait for a week, I am still waiting for the invoice despite having paid the full amount. Suggested Area for Improvement: Timely issuance of invoices and better follow-up on customer commitments.

The place has very good vibes and is at a very convenient location. The food is brilliant and the restaurant is amazing! All you could ask for in a business hotel is right here.

Hotel is good but staff is not good required improvement, I was stayed in room no 203 the problem of ac switch is there and problem occurred with provided key, i personally request at reception counter and before by intercom but in they're not responding, think before staying,the language of reception counter was not good think management to improve

Hotel is good but there's no parking space. Service was a little slow.

I am writing this review even as I am still staying here. This can be the worst of all. Worst ever experience of staying in what is called as Business Hotel. My suggestion please don't stay even if someone refers you for the same. Rooms only look Good. The AC doesn't work. No towels provided. No lost and found section. You won't get anything back if you forget anything. Since my room AC wasn't working they changed my room. In this process my 5000 rupee perfume went missing. They started saying you may missed somewhere else. No one taking any responsibility. Break fast only one item. Please Please Please don't stay here. Not worth it. You will just end up spooling your mood but no one will be bothered about it. No one cared for cleanliness. I had to even ask for toilet papers in the bathroom.

The wifi service is pretty slow plus the food options are limited

They have very slow service and food taste is not constant like it can be good sometimes or maybe not.
