I had booked this hotel directly by talking to manager Mr Nilesh who was very cooperative and pro, done the booking and assured no issues at check in as we we were checking in early morning. Upon arrival check in was immediate and room was ready. Liked room size, cleanliness, attitude of staff very much. Even rooftop restaurant staff were nice and polite and shown customer service approach by preparing breakfast really fast for us before their usual breakfast start time.

Excellent stay at hotel J P international Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious food!! Quality and service of food were excellent and the hospitality of restaurant staff was remarkable especially Mr. Dinesh,Room was very neat and clean and maintained well. No view, unhygienic, and outdated. First of all this hotel is situated in very crowded area, even the car parking doesn't seem safe. When we checked in, the room was outdated but still good to go for 2 days. But washrooms were completely uncleaned. Seems unwashed. As a woman I prefer good hygiene, but it was complete disappointment. Would not visit again. Also no view, it's in city.

Please do not book this hotel. Walked into saw cockroachs. Bathroom sink cracked. Flush was leaking, Toilet roll (only 1 provide) was wet through. No towels. Asked for a different room, was told this one was the best room. No view outside the window, apart from a brick wall, or neighbour window. Very noisy. Fridge was empty and not cleaned. The cupboard needed wiping. The seats were dusty. They said on website tea and coffee maker , there was a kettle and cups, no tea or coffee. There is supposed to be a pant press. Not there. There is supposed to be a mini bar. That was empty. The t.v. switched on but no programs. Asked for toilet roll and iron and tea/ coffee. Eventually after 3rd request a single roll was delivered. Towels came first. No iron and now the 2nd day still no t.v. Service is diabolical. Restaurant on 4th floor. Asked for fries and fish. We ate the fries before the fish was ready. Asked for a cup of tea for breakfast, it came after 15 mins, was very sweet. We asked for the parantas to be less spicy. They gave us tasteless ones, no salt or pepper. Not much choice for breakfast. Went down to reception to ask for tea. They did not understand me. I asked if anyone will come to tidy up bedroom, as it mentions housekeeping. They said no. So I asked if the advert on Booking.com was false, they just nodded and shrugged thier heads. Tried 4 times to ring restaurant for breakfast in room. Went up to restaurant, he said phone not working. Came back from site seeing. Around 3:30. Went up to restaurant to have a cup of tea. Bloke said we're closed. Opens at 7pm. Went back to reception and asked for teabag. They sent 2 teabag. Asked for a bottle of water, they sent a bottle that had been opened and most probably filled from the tap. Still waiting for the TV to work. 2 people have been but can't get the TV to work. Asked for the manager to sort it, he never came. Went for evening meal. Half the things on the menu were not available. Checked out. Waited for taxi. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Door closed and trapped me, noone to help. Had to struggle.

This is the second review. Back to today 15-03-2025. I tried to book the same place due to its proximity to the work place plus it was an urgent trip. If my previous rating was 1. The Google didn't even allow for negative rating. I would give -10 stars and the worst ever hotel experience I ever had. REASON - THE RECEPTION PERSON (Likely to be the owner) I booked on the go while travelling on phone. He said that pay 500 Rs and we will reserve it. I also mentioned that my last stay was bad so ensure to give a good room. He replied that we have one room, you see and if you don't like it we will return. Here I was on tn highway driving. I said it's about one night we will see and let me come to hotel and see the room. Back to hotel when we reached after one hour after this phone call discussion. We went to room and it was horrendous. Absolutely in bad shape, smelling pathetically, broken tiles near the commode, broken shower and extremely dirty foot towel. It was extremely bad. We went to the reception (at 7PM) and said that the room is bad and we can't stay. Now here comes this big guy who talked extremely rudely and said that now I won't give you the refund. He said I asked to send the picture if you said then which is one hour back I would have refunded you the money. Here my wife said that how in one hour you are saying like this. Then he started shouting at my wife. I stormed out of the hotel because it's waste fighting with such a guy. He might go down to such level for 500 Rs being an owner and that's his level. Atleast I can't tolerate it or many of you may not even. Better he keep the 500 Rs, enjoy and get richer by it. But never coming back to the hotel. Whether you want to come to hotel and stay here is your choice. The first review is mentioned below The staff was pathetic, the morning breakfast was fine but the service was horrendous. I gave the key in the morning to clean the room and in the night the room was as it is. I told them again and they said that since we are not having staff at night so you manage one night. Basically in a stay of 2 night where I reached in night the first day the room was not cleaned and still they have the audacity to say it. The room was Grand room but only size was grand. The bed was too soft to be comfortable, very basic washroom amenities. Too much designer lights but still the room is dark and less lit. Will never recommend it especially for the rude behaviour of the staff and very poor service.

Best place I've stayed in in India. Very clean, and the owner is extremely hospitable. I highly recommend this place no doubt.

It's a budget hotel priced premium. No parking. Service is slow, they cooked food once we gave order, one of the dish was not even cooked. So... be cautious

Located within minutes from main locations at Aurangabad. Very large rooms that are cleaned daily. Bedding and bathroom linen is very clean. Hot water is available in washroom. Staff is friendly, understanding and accommodating. The restaurant on 4th floor serves breakfast to dinner and offers very good food at very reasonable prices. Food is mildly spicy to suit travellers and can be further adjusted as required. Will definitely stay here when visiting Aurangabad again in rainy season. Wi-Fi router on Ground floor needs to be relocated for better signal inside rooms.
