Hotel Grand Ecotel

Pleasantly surprised during my overnight stay Best accomodation for airport transit. Tasteful interiors, neat rooms, comfortable beds. Sevice is prompt. Hardly 1km from airport. Will be my go to hotel during transits.

Well maintained newly constructed premise. The room was quite spacious, clean, bright and very well maintained. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic with a 24 hour hot water supply. The food quality was really good. The restaurant service and room service was quick and prompt. The whole staff was polite, cooperative and friendly. We really had a very good experience with Hotel Grand Ecotel. 10/10

Worst hotel ever! I ordered tea and they took an hour and didn't serve me. Hopeless hotel

The hotel was good ,we stay comfortable.its also good for family.the food was good , specially non-veg,the service was good in restaurant,and also in room.in restaurant we could have a good view while eating.

I have booked one Premium room for my guest Mr Arvind kumar with advance payment in advance but when guest reched hotel they said you dont have booking to guest?? after asking another staff to Rajesh then he said they have booking later i have booked a dinner for guest and paid at night and during the checkout they again ask for dinner payment??? The management not updated the booking and service is also not good

Close to the airport, far from the city about 10 km. Difficult to get conveyance, food etc. Need to order food 45 minutes in advance & costly menu. Room cleanliness is also so sooo.

Excellent location (close to airport), very clean rooms, quick service, food was good overall nothing bad with the hotel. Giving two star because when we checked-in at the reception the person told us breakfast is included in the tarif we agreed and later they asked to pay for BF. Disappointed with the person who literally lied to us.

Worst ever experience for cleaning, dirty rooms,teared & dirty bed sheets & food quality is worst.it's costly to be stayed with zero pricing.
