Hotel Family inn

This hotel is located in the center of the city, close to the bus stand. However, the rooms are just average and far from impressive. The AC in our room didn't work properly, and once they got our payment, the staff turned rude and dismissive. The cupboards had broken doors, and the ceiling was cracked and falling apart. There is no real room service here. Even after calling more than ten times, no one came to help. Basic amenities like towels, soap, and remotes were missing from the room. The food was terrible; I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. There's no parking at the hotel, so you have to leave your car on the road. They charge Rs 100 for cleaning and washing each car, but even after reminding the staff several times, our car was never cleaned. This charge is just an extra fee they take, with no service provided, and any damage to your car is on you. The worst part is, after paying at check-in, the staff completely ignored us whenever we needed help. They made no effort to solve any issues. I strongly advise against staying here. There are far better hotels in the area, and this place is simply a waste of money. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

We stayed here only for one night but it was the best room since the beginning of the trip. Very clean, big room, with balcony and an amazing bathroom. Cleanliness was surprising. Very comfy. Bed clean, big and comfy. Room also has a tv, wardrobe, couch and two tables. Really good position for the main attractions in the city and right in front of the bus stand to Ellora caves.

Our stay at Family Hotel Inn in Aurangabad was overall very good, thanks to the amazing staff. They picked us up from the railway station and organized our two-day trips to Ellora and Ajanta flawlessly. Everything was planned perfectly, and we didn't have to worry about anything. The service was good, and the pricing was reasonable. However, there were a few drawbacks. The comfort of the rooms could have been better, as they weren't as cozy as expected. The location, being at a main crossover, made it quite noisy, especially at night. Additionally, the bathroom window wasn't fully enclosed, which let in street noise. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, especially because of the helpful staff and well-organized trips.

I don't like to write bad reviews but in this case I cannot avoid to...we arrived at 18 and the sheets where dirty, with hair, blood stains, and holes, so we asked to change them and they said before 20, at 21 they still didn't arrive so we went to ask and then they seemed to have remembered and came to change, they wanted to put again sheets with holes but we asked them to put another one. The room and and the hole place didn't look very new and clean and the staff wasn't very nice. Also I think that after we wrote a bad review on booking they canceled the reservation. Very sorry for this experience.

The worst hotel I have even stayed in my life. 1.They changed the room even after booking 2. The walls and ceiling were falling down. 3. The bedsheet was all torn with dirty marks. 4. There was no single facilities like soap or towel. 5. Water flow was just in drip. 6. The light went off around for two hours and there was no inverter. We had to stay in dark. 7. When asked for hot water to drink, they charged rs 50. 8. Room was filled with dust like no one has ever cleaned it. If you want to waste your money and have the worst stay in Aurangabad then you can stay there. Only the pro part is the location.

Worst experience ever. Dont book it because you will regret it later. The rooms are very dirty. It felt like the pillows and bedsheets were rarely washed. Also, we faced a lot of issues regarding the hot water

Worst experience, the rooms were dirty,not properly cleaned, full rooms were of spiders web, washrooms wad full of lizard , mites ND insects, cleanliness was zero, prices were high, bedsheets and blankets were dirty, no bathroom kit as well as towels were provided., tv not working , fans were not working properly, only 1 light working in washroom. Worst hotel , not recommended.

Very bad experience I complaint at night around 10 pm regarding water availability in washroom they don't care about it and doesn't resolve that problem. Another one they say parking is available and pay extra charges for parking and cleaning the vehicle. But another day morning they say I'm not responsible for that and car park on road. I'll suggest you please don't book it very rude and careless persons handle that. And I prefer that don't go with family very bad experience.
