Hotel Bagga International

I checked into a room which had non functional AC. After request got room changed. Restaurant on ground floor serves good food. The lady whoe served us was welcoming in nature. Rooms ( deluxe ) are small in size , small beds wherein two people cannot sleep comfortably. Just one charging point for phone. If you are single traveller for office work then it's okay to take for overnight rest. The Owner is extremely welcoming and receptive of feedback and hence I am happy to have stayed despite the slight discomfort.

female receptionist was very rude, unprofessional, lack of knowledge, disinterest, or inability to effectively assist customers, leaving a poor first impression of the hotel bagga international No manners to talk with customers And always delayed to service She arguing with every customers when i was there I dont know what was her agenda Otherwise hotel was good Need to change the restaurant menu

I went to have lunch there clearly told them I wanted thali which cost 390rs ....they billed me for panjabi thali that's for 485 rs ...this is for a single person and also limited food , soft drink was written in menu along with thali which is not available....they gave me a butter milk... I wen to the toilet it was just one common room for both genders ...it doesn't even have a sprinkler ...weird hotel and werd construction For the price it's not worth it ....staf was good behaviour,food was ok... it's just the hotel is werid it needs some serious redesign

Worst experience, no hospitality, when they don't give you minimum facilities and basic respect.. its better to stop hosting parties or events there...booked a hall for dinner event...had horrible experience and expense is sky rocket...food wasnt great too..Big NO

I have reached hotel today in the morning by 6.30 Am, in the very fist place the receptionist said the property is sold out, I have asked for early check in but the charges for early check in almost fifty percent of my booking value, Satff is least bothered, not recommended I have not even started my stay here, but looking at the arrogant behavior of the staff for more money ready to pay decent amount for early check in but denied, I would request do not book the hotel as they don't give an option of early check in at the time of booking and now the staff is saying the check in time is at 1.00 pm, despite mentioned by 12.00 pm on the booking websites. Very horrible experience at this place.
